The best meal of our trip. Great prices for wine, great service, amazing food (trout dip and ribs) and cozy fireplace. Our Jamaican server was the best.

We had a wonderful date night here. The vibe is cozy and casual, the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, and the food was great! I highly recommend the trout dip and the short ribs! We left so full and relaxed. Don’t miss this great spot!

Absolutely fantastic meal last night. The above and beyond service. The quality of the food and how the Fantastic Chef put it together to bring a five star meal to our table. The warm fire burning and the wine selection is not to be believed. Thank you for taking such good care of us. We had a wonderful experience, starting from the staff making a huge effort to accommodate our party of 6 with no reservation, into an absolutely delicious dinner with great wine recommendations and impeccable service. We took a bottle home and will probably go back again before our trip is over to try more of their incredible—and so reasonably priced—wine selection and delicious daily specials.

My family and I had two delightful aprés ski afternoons at Sun Valley Wine Company. It’s beautiful, excellent wine selection, delicious food and charming host, Dexter McKenzie. Highly recommend!

Best meal we had in Sun Valley. Excellent service and interesting menu. Fresh trout with roasted veggies and chickpea soup were fantastic. Great bottle selections as well as wine by the glass. Our server, Dexter, was very helpful. We will be back!

Had a late afternoon sit down for wine tasting. Everything poured was amazing. Food was also so good and will definitely return. Staff were very nice and helped explain wine types.
