You MUST come enjoy some time here! Walked in as customers and left as friends!! Crystal and Dexter are so kind and knowledgeable about all their wines . Helping us choose an incredible glass of wine to enjoy on their beautiful outdoor patio overlooking Ketchum to turning us onto what is now one of our top favorite wines! We visited before the kitchen was serving dinner but it smelled incredible. Definitely added this place to our must visit places while in Ketchum.

My wife and I made a last minute reservation and we are glad we did. It was our first visit and Crystal and Dexter welcomed us in. The risotto was great and they helped us decide which wines to have. They know their wines and were happy to answer our questions! We left as if we’ve been friends for years. If you want GREAT food, wine, and enjoy the friendly atmosphere of a family run business, this is the place.

I hadn’t been to Sun Valley Wine Co. since it changed hands years ago, but my friend and I went in for dinner on a Friday night in mid-September—and I’m so glad we did!
The menu was a wonderful surprise, with so many fresh and interesting options that it was hard to choose. We started with the shishito peppers and I had the adobo chicken salad for my main course. Both were excellent.
Our server, Dexter, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped guide us toward the perfect dishes.
It’s such a treat to have a new-to-me, delicious, and welcoming option in Ketchum. I’ll definitely be back!

Had dinner with some old friends tonite. I've been hearing good things about the food these days. We were not disappointed. We had the cauliflower and Brussels sprouts and the mezza plate. All very middle eastern, all delicious and paired great with the excellent wines we had. I had the short rib with polenta. It was cooked perfectly . The polenta was good. No one does polenta well. Give them a try. The menu was well balanced with a lots of vege options. I'll be back. The Wine Co. has evolved in a delicious way.

We had such a wonderful evening here! Had a gorgeous Sancerre recommended by Dexter with carpaccio, chicken adobe salad and trout tower. Dishes were so fresh and crisp! Can't wait to return to try more. Thank you for the awesome recommendations!

My husband and I were there for dinner last night. The food and service were excellent. We had a few shareables and ordered the trout as a main. We purchased a bottle of wine which we really enjoyed. It was delicious. Very impressed. The owner/manager (Dexter) is lovely. Highly recommend. We have another week here in SV and we’ll be returning. It’s a little hidden gem.
