I ordered just cheese burgers and got the lettuce and mayo on it even though I specified only cheese burgers. When I go up to the counter I get eye roll when it was the cashiers mistake. It's a roll of the dice with what kind of customer service you get.

It took me 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. No cars in the parking lot, and I was the only one in the drive thru. Then I had to pull to the side and wait for my 2 cheeseburgers so the people that showed up 5 minutes after me could get their stuff.🤷♂️

My experience here was nauseating. Going through the drive through and speaking with the worker there made my IQ drop. I do not like speaking about people like that but the communication skill of the worker was alarming.

SO RUDE my first time going to an arctic circle I just moved into town and wanted dinner I had an extremely nerve racking day so I went out to try it. Whoever dirty blonde girl that was working drive thru should go back to training just the whole interaction was so RUDE I’ve been working customer service for 10+ yrs and even on my worst days have I ever spoken to a customer like that when I tried politely letting the girl know she CONTINUED to be rude another sweet girl took over but please for the love of god don’t let her talk to customers until she can learn to not act like a rude teenager.

Pretty average for fast food. Most of the time I end up waiting longer in the drive thru with no cars in it. If you go inside it seems to be faster. Employees are nice, usually younger kids so be patient with them.
