If youāre looking for ācenaduriaā style meal, this is the spot! That means a meal that tastes homemade with fresh ingredients. Arenāt sure what to order, I donāt think youāll go wrong with anything. We stopped for a quick roadtrip bite and had the chicken roll tacos, quesabirria, tacos de asada, and a mangonada. Everything tasted amazing, the flavor of the quesabirria was perfect, and the roll tacos are way above the expectations of your quick taco truck, definitely should try. The staff is wonderful and makes your experience even better. Thank you El Maguey for an amazing lunch! This will definitely be a stop we continue to make on our roadtrips!

I have been there multiple times for their amazing breakfast burritos. But today I tried their fish taco for the first time and Iāve had a lot of fish tacos. This was by far the best fish taco Iāve ever had. I also donāt leave very many reviews.
amazing good and cheap cost! I caught them just as they were about to close, and they stayed open a few more minutes! they also have an ACd room you can stay in while you wait for your order. I can't wait to bring my newborns there when they're older!

She will bring $$ change and the food to the car on cold days! Sheāll let you change your order when youāre being indecisive and not make you feel bad about it and the food is 10/10! Some of the best Mexican food weāve had in Idaho. We love El Maguey. Worth the drive to Kimberly for GOOD Mexican food!!!
