Went to the new snake pit and the food was wonderful!! There was a little wait but not bad. The girls got us our table pretty quick. Everything was delicious!! My son ordered the clams and those were absolutely amazing!! I love their signature fries but the sweet potato fries were good as well. When we went I was told the owner was cooking. He had a large group prior to us but is wasn’t too long ago of a wait. He did an amazing job and our waitress was very sweet. She took good care of us. We will definitely be back.

Love the Snakepit so much! The new owners have put a lot of work into making the place less cluttered while maintaining the original look and feel. We went to try the new prime rib dinner. It was cooked perfectly, the green beans and mashed potatoes were delicious! The plate was huge and the service was great. Also, had the huckleberry bread pudding. It was amazing! Can’t wait to go again!

If you’re looking for great food, history and amazing staff, then stop into the snake pit. This historic restaurant is a must as a local or visitor. Had the brisket sandwich and tots which was delicious. Super friendly staff. Highly recommended!
The salmon dinner was the best I have ever had and my husband said the same about the steak dinner, the salad was the best! In all our years we have been to many restaurants and this one has the best cooks ever! This is not your average dining experience, it is much more and this will be our favorite place to eat. Thank you for the wonderful dinner.
Wheelchair accessibility: We parked behind in back because there were no stairs and I had my disabled sister with me.
Everything was awesome. We drove from CDA and were not disappointed. Our food was really good. We'll be back soon. Well worth the drive.

We had the most amazing dining experience. Our server was perfect in every way Quite funny and accommodating. I didn't get her name but she had the awesome hair with pink in it. We were with a pretty large group and we all received our food at the same time and perfectly cooked.
Dietary restrictions: One of our friend had a wheat restriction and they were careful to avoid any issues with that.
