Hey Joan! Stopped in for an omelette Saturday at the recommendation of fellow classmates. You guys were super busy but service was still great. Omelette made my top 5 in the country! We will stop again every time we pass through Kooskia.
Saw "homemade pies" on a sign outside walking by, need I say more? I had the strawberry rhubarb and it's almost unbeatable. It's has actual strawberries and rhubarb. No nasty bulk pie filling here. The sweetness is perfect and not overwhelming like every other generic pie. It's some of the best pie filling I've had. The only miss is the crust. If there was just a way to get the crisp back and brown it a little more, then it would be unbeatable....
