Arby's is one of my favorite fast food places. So I was excited to try their Steak Nuggets. They look tasty and substantial. Unfortunately, the reality is a little disappointing. I ordered the 9 piece to try and share. They tasted very good. There were only 8 pieces and most of them were very small. From what I saw on TV, I expected them to be about 1 inch by 1 inch. There were 2 that size, the rest were about 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch or slightly bigger. I also got curly fries...

Pickup order totally late by at least 10 minutes! They weren't busy and they have plenty of staff. What in the world?! Owners please take note! Poorly managed! Thank you for your attention to this matter.
