Ate in the play area. Floor around the tables was dirty. Needed vacuumed. The window sill all the way down was full of dead flies. Needed to be cleaned. Plenty of staff. Hardly any customers. Someone could be cleaning.

The Lady running the dining area was a hard worker and checked on us several times. Impressive worker. The men's room was little stinky tho.
Where do I begin? The sassy male shift leader was not professional at all. It took me over 30 minutes to get my food and the order was wrong. I just ended up eating it because I didn’t want to wait any longer. I will definitely not be going back. It’s just sad that this is becoming the norm.

You need to get your Kuna store fixed. It took 21 minutes to get 1 medium shake. I watched 5 other customers drive off without even ordering and the person behind me placed his order and got tired of waiting and just drove off. I have not seen waits times this bad since 2020.

I decided to order dinner here for my family, and was in the drive through line for about 29 minutes. Got home to find out the kids meals I ordered only had French fries in them, went all the way back just to get the food that wasn’t placed in the bags. When I finally got home I went to eat the chicken sandwich I had ordered to bite into it and have it be completely raw on the inside. All the soda that was ordered did not have any carbonation in it whatsoever, and tasted like it was flat with hardly any flavor syrup in it.
