I have come to this location a couple of times. Today I got some hard shelled tacos and the shells were rancid. My son ate the insides but no one could eat the shell. I tried calling 3 times to let them know and no one answered the phone.

This has to be the worst del taco I have ever been to in my life. 24 min to get French fries and tacos.. 2 people working that couldn’t even put any work ethic in to their job. They had gloves on but also didn’t take them off when cashing us out. Management needs some help. It’s your fault that this establishment sucks. It’s your fault you don’t make the people work. Del taco corporate should see this and learn from it. Be better del taco or go back to California

What an absolute crap show. DO NOT come here for food when the bell is just down the street. My wife and I cam for dinner and man what a mistake. my fries were cold as ice and not completely cooked, and I ordered the epic failure burrito meal. my burrito was a mess, the beans were runny almost as runny as the beef slurry they think is meat. they tossed it into a giant microwaved shell that was the consistency of tire rubber and half wrapped it in foil and tossed it in a bag. it was no joke like trying to eat a water balloon. the staff is short with you and come across as rushed and rude. if I spend this kind of stupid money for a meal I expect to be able to eat it. my dinner was completely inedible and I had to stop by the Taco Truck (which should have been my first choice, they were awesome) to get dinner. I feel ripped off.

Sadly it was terrible. It wasn’t even comparable to Taco Bell and that’s sad…. We tried almost everything on the menu and threw away almost everything with maybe a bite or two out of each. Will never go back. Don’t understand the hype at all.
It was National Nacho Day... get a free what-the-nacho-ever with purchase... I got a Del Taco (which has always been good) and the free nacho yada yada yada. Taco was great, the nachos tasted like a grease trap.

Nice and fast. The place was clean, and the employees were polite. There was also a very friendly jumping spider, but that is aside from the point. I was able to feed myself for under $10, which was nice in a pinch. Another thing, Del Taco never upsets my stomach.

Can't believe this just happened again!? Fix your app. It's robbing me of my earned rewards! I am so incredibly frustrated. I'm tempted to stop shopping at del Taco. This is the second time that I have earned over 350 points to get a free del Taco and I choose to place the order through the app. It removes the points and says your 88 points away from your next reward. It does not show me my free del Taco. It does not go into the cart it acts like I'm starting over again. If I look in the history it shows 350 points redeemed for a del Taco but it doesn't place the order with the restaurant and the restaurant manager says sorry we can't do anything about that. You have to contact customer service and the last time I did that I never got even a reply. Horrible customer service. This really can't be the way del Taco treats their customers. I need not only the two del tacos that I've been robbed from that I earned points for but I need something else on top of that to pay me back for my frustration and having to wait. This is just ridiculous. Why have a rewards program? A loyalty program that creates just the opposite come on now. I hope you'll reach out to me and if make this right!! I've already reached out again through the app. No response. Then I get a generic autoform response to my review yields nothing. What a joke ----------------------- App had a glitch and manager would not give me my del Taco reward. I had just placed an order online and pick that up for two small tacos and that put me over the margin of 350 points to get my free del Taco. When I went to order through the app it looked like it was going to charge me so I backed out and then it said the order had been redeemed. This guy said he was the general manager and just would not take care of me. Said they can't get food away for free. Very poor customer service and then I'm having to call corporate and he would not even give me a number that I had to look it up on my own. Owners, please take care of those. The customer service from this gentleman is poor. This happened at about 3 :20 p.m. on Monday February 19th 2024. I just would like to get my Del Taco that I achieved rewards for. Everybody else that works. There has been fine. Never had a problem until now. Thank you for your assistance. I'll be glad to update my review once I receive a satisfactory resolution.

Their drive thru and dine in portions seem to be in alternate realities... if you go inside everything is great. If you go through the drive thru it takes 30min to make a couple tacos for some reason... Went to Del Taco because there was one person in line there, and 8+ in the Taco Bell line, but Taco Bell got through about 15 cars before we got our Del Taco food.
