I go in all the time and bug these guys for a free burrito when it’s on the app. I just wanted to give a shout out to the crew for being fast, efficient and loading up the tacos! Such an improvement I’ve seen at this place since the opening. I said I wouldn’t go back after they opened and there was long lines and waiting, but man, I go back all the time now they’re great! Shout out to the main taco lady and the managers!

I am not of fast food at all but in a pinch will consider it and unfortunately I would've rather went hungry. I stopped in here last week for a quick meal for my wife and I and left us totally disappointed. Arrived right around 5:30 and the fact I was the only person here should've been a red flag. Ordered my food and not sure but it took forever to get and hopes that everything would be fresh was another disappointment. First off the bean burritos I ordered didn't taste fresh at all and the bean not only had a strange taste they absolutely lacked in seasoning. The tacos were so sloppily put together that they fell apart once I got them out of the bag. Plus add in that they completely forgot my main item which always a chicken burrito and substituted for another burrito with absolutely no chicken. We ended up throwing away a majority of the food and a total waste of money. In a town with not a ton of options this was a complete disappointment.

Absolutely horrid service. Drive thru employee David was not welcoming or even friendly what do ever. The tortilla was really dry. I ordered two epic Cali with extra frys along with extra chipotle sauce. I got it cold. Hardly anything in both of them. Several layers of tortilla. Wrapping was horrible. Everything was spilling out.
Like others have shared..our food took 30min with 2 people ahead of us. Only 2 employees working during Saturday lunch rush. Food was cold but didnt want to wait for a remake. Lobby was a mess, no straws and condiments. Counter where the condiments are had 1/4in thick of dust fur which tells me they don't clean daily like they should. Absolutely gross and won't be back especially for the higher prices you can find way better food.

I have ate at del tacos all across the country. This is the worst del Taco I have ever been to. Every time I go there it's something. Out of food items. No hot sauce. Today as I pulled up to the drive-thru I was told. Sorry we're closed. Can't take your order. When I questioned why I was told the computer was down. Please leave. Guy working at the drive-thru was rude and ignorant. Should be fired. Then at the drive-thru window their friends were just sitting there. Talking with them. Came by again later. They were still there. This store needs a manager. If this is what you're going to do and how you're going to treat your customers del Taco might as well just close this store up and go away.

Just went there for lunch with my APEX crew. Team was incredibly friendly and kind. I feel terrible I didn’t catch a name sadly, but full shoutout to the cashier with the colorful hat who took care of us. Absolutely killer!

Well they are definitely kid friendly. A couple came in to interview together with their four kids at the same time right in front of were you order. The manager ignored every customer that came in including my wife and I who had already been waiting for our food for over 15 minutes. We only ordered a couple things by the way. We watched two people leave cause they were ignored by every employee. One guy walk by us as he left and said well she made my decision easy to leave. He was talking about the manager. I told him I was about to donate my money and leave without my food. As we waited longer for our food the manager went to the back then back up front. Looked right at me then went outside to talk to the family interviewing. When she came in she yelled out loud in excitement (we got a new closer) I said you need an opener since we still hadn’t gotten our food. Nearly 30 minutes later in total we told the manager we just wanted our money back. She says no no no wait it’s right here almost done. We took the food then I asked her before we left about one of her employees that I felt was in an unsafe environment. She was rude in her response as I was genuinely concerned for his safety. She said he was special then proceeded to ignore me. I tried to tell her I definitely have no problem with that at all but the kid was passing out standing up counting tortillas and nearly drooling them and the freshly graded cheese next to him. I’m all for equal opportunity but maybe there’s something safer to do than being in a kitchen with hot grills and knives. That shows me the manager doesn’t care about her employees or customers. Please replace her ASAP! I’ve been in Kuna since 2010. I’ve let my friends and family known of my experience and we will not be supporting this del taco anymore. This happened December 2023. Please don’t waste your money on Unprofessional and Very Rude managers like this work of art.

The chicken burrito was also cold and had a bit of a tuna fish taste, somehow. We threw it away. If none of the food is fresh, why does it take so long? We have never had an issue at other locations. The last time we tried to visit, we left after about 40 minutes in the drive thru without ever hitting the window to even order.

We love Del taco but our last visit was not so great. We arrived and all the outside lights were off, we thought they might have been closed. They were not, just had some power issues. We ordered and drove to the window and paid. They gave us our drinks and them several minutes later they said there was no more cheese. So we said make the burritos without the cheese. We waited a while longer and they finally gave us our order. They gave us medium fries instead of large and did not tell us. We said these are medium, they said they ran out of large containers. So we said that we paid for large not medium and we should get extra fries. They did that but the issue is that they were going to let us go with the medium while we paid for large. We will probably go back but was a little frustrating at the time.
Went through Drive thru. Ordered 3 grilled chicken tacos & Lg fry. Sorry, no fries available, “our fryer is down.”Pulled a taco out of the bag immediately after pulling away, and it literally felt cold like it just came out of the refrigerator. All 3 of them. I pulled over & called to tell them. “Oh, I’m sorry.” I said, ”How can that be? It literally feels like it just came out of the refrigerator!”She says, “I don’t know. It was under my hot light. But it came out if a side drawer.” No offer to make it right whatsoever. Wow! Never Kuna location again.

I had a beef and cheese burrito. At least, I think I did. There was hardly any meat or cheese inside the tortilla and when I unwrapped it, it was like rubber! And, the meat tasted as if it was left-over from breakfast...a little scorchy tasting! I thought that with your new establishment the food would be better than what I had. What's going on with this particular establishment?!I bought the same burrito at a Del Taco in Meridian, Idaho (not far from Kuna) and it was absolutely wonderful. Lots of meat and cheese and...it was hot, with NO SCORCH taste!
