Drove from Meridian to try the cinnamon rolls. Oh, my! They were absolutely delicious!! We will be back. definitely worth the trip. I highly recommend Hudson Baking Co.

We stumbled upon this Gem back in September when we were in Kuna for the birth of our first grandbaby. This is hands down the best bread bakery ever. The way they ferment there sourdough is magical. Now we stop and stock up every 6 weeks when we visit. People and food are wonderful. Their sweets are not sickening sweet like many places. Perfectly kissed with sweetness letting the flavors of the breads stand out. And their baggles are amazing as well. Just go. You won't be disappointed.... though like us you may find yourself addicted. 🙂😋
