We stopped in Hudson Baking Company for the first time after having lunch at Enrique's in Kuna. I have read good reviews so we decided to check it out. Oh my gosh!! We got the loaf bread which I made the most delicious French Toast out of. Then we had sandwiches the next day and it was soooo good! My husband got a Cinnamon Roll, that he raved about and I got the Ham and Cheese Pop Tart. I might wind up buying those Pop Tarts buy the dozen!!! My next purchase will be the Sour Dough Rounds. We are going to be regulars of Hudson Baking Company for sure.

This is truly the best bread we have ever had. I went in Thanksgiving morning and picked up 2 bags of rolls and a few treats. I will only buy my bread & goodies here from now on. If you haven’t been there then it should be on your bucket list. Owners are extremely nice & I love the family environment.

We stumbled upon this Gem back in September when we were in Kuna for the birth of our first grandbaby. This is hands down the best bread bakery ever. The way they ferment there sourdough is magical. Now we stop and stock up every 6 weeks when we visit. People and food are wonderful. Their sweets are not sickening sweet like many places. Perfectly kissed with sweetness letting the flavors of the breads stand out. And their baggles are amazing as well. Just go. You won't be disappointed.... though like us you may find yourself addicted. 🙂😋
