My husband and I have been here a number of times and absolutely love this bakery. I’m not a sour dough person but the bagels are amazing, the turkey bacon ranch is fabulous. You have to try the popovers. Not what you think but amazing!!!

Stopped in here last weekend and it was absolutely amazing. The service was fantastic, our pastries and coffee were delicious and all the extra goodies for sale inside were great and all locally made. We can’t wait to go back ☺️

We stopped in Hudson Baking Company for the first time after having lunch at Enrique's in Kuna. I have read good reviews so we decided to check it out. Oh my gosh!! We got the loaf bread which I made the most delicious French Toast out of. Then we had sandwiches the next day and it was soooo good! My husband got a Cinnamon Roll, that he raved about and I got the Ham and Cheese Pop Tart. I might wind up buying those Pop Tarts buy the dozen!!! My next purchase will be...
