We went there Sunday the customer service or should I say the lack of customer service was horrible. Then it took forever to get the pizzas. Along with $41.00 for 2 small pizzas.We used to love the Kuna IPC I'm not sure we will go back. The staff was rude and not helpful.....Your response looks like you just copied and pasted from another review..... Sad it hard to take your response serious

The person serving me I believe Johnny, was very disrespectful I couldn’t believe the service I received. I was disgusted with the young man disrespect. Somthing needs to be done about this.

Ordered delivery of pizza, salad and cheese sticks. Arrived 1 hour and 2 minutes after call in order. I live 2 miles from the restaurant. Salad had lots of brown lettuce and the pizza was almost inedible it was so cold. Will have to find someplace else in Kuna for delivery pizza that isn't a national chain.

The food and service was off this last Sunday. I ordered kinda early in the evening (~4:15pm). The order taker said it would be ready in 15-20 mins... In actuality, it was 35-40 mins. and we were forced to wait the additional 20mins. I understand that estimating a pick up time can be tricky, but double the time quoted is pretty bad resturant management.We ordered some breadsticks, a sawtooth, a garden veggie, and a robbie pizza.The breadsticks were undercooked and slightly doughy. The Sawtooth and veggie pizzas were good, but the robbie was pretty nasty... Italian seasoning heavily loaded on the tomatoes prior to cooking so the herbs were burnt, no fresh basil whatsoever, and so much olive oil as to make the pizza nearly unedible. This was flat out one of the worst pizzas I've ever gotten from a resturant... Chucky Cheese is better than that mess.I'd say I'm never going back to this location. but since it's convenient, and I have $100 in gift cards, I'll use it at some point, but then it's Smokey Mountain for my future pizza "fixes".

We have eaten at the Idaho Pizza in Kuna over the years. My wife and I came in Sunday afternoon for the lunch buffet. We arrived at 1:40. There wasn't any fresh pizza brought out after arrival. The dessert pizza was gone. After eating our salad we went to get our pizza. There was only old pizza out that was cold and dry. When I asked if a combo or something fresh or the dessert pizza roll or ant fresh pizza coming out I was told no. I then asked for the manager. I understand waste but if you are only going to sell what is left you need to inform the customer. The manager just said Sorry. This experience was lacking in customer sevice. We are very disappointed in our experience.I am not one to write bad reviews but I feel our food and experience earned an F today.

I’ll start by saying I love IPC pizza, but this location is a disgrace. When our pizza hadn’t been delivered after 2.5 hours and three phone calls to the restaurant, I called and spoke with the manager, Jace. He offered no solutions. All he gave were excuses and seemed annoyed that a customer would demand the food they’ve already paid for and ordered 2.5 hours earlier. Absolutely pitiful customer service. This branch has lost my business.

Awesome pizzas! Our friends ordered takeout so I can't personally speak on the service or ambiance. I just know the crust was a little sweet and cooked just right. It paired perfectly with the side of ranch dressing. Even the quality of the toppings exceeded my expectations. Would recommend!
