The coffee is amazing and the staff is friendly. But I’ve never been to a slower coffee place in my entire life. If you have any plans for the day, cancel them, because you will spend your entire day in line. They have a similar set up to Dutch Bros and Starbucks, yet it takes them the same amount of time to fill an order as it would for me to build a house. Good god.

I visited this week and ordered a smoothie. What they called a smoothie was more like a slushie so It was much sweeter than I expected, so I politely and nicely asked the server if I could exchange it for an iced tea instead. The server flat-out refused and offered no alternative and she said that she would have to charge me for an iced tea and told me that it wasn’t their fault I didn’t like the drink.
I’ve been in the restaurant industry for many years, and I would be upset if one of my staff treated a customer this way. A simple swap or even a courteous suggestion would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here, and it’s the kind of experience that makes people not want to return. I wanted to drink the smoothie but I told her I would get sick if I drink it but she really didn’t want to help me at all

Cute place, decent coffee, nice employees. The drive through times are crazy and some of the foods are priced kinda high for what they are... a frozen breakfast sandwich is almost $5. It’s the Jimmy Dean ones with the sausage, I thought it was an actual breakfast sandwich that they made.

I’ve always enjoyed going to a local coffee shop and Latte Da is one of them. But this morning, I did not have a good experience or customer service with the older employee taking my order. She was rude and kept asking for my order at least three times because she seemed distracted, but was rude and acting like I was bothering her. I have had this same lady take my order on previous visits at latte da. Every time she is rude with poor customer service. Usually the teen employees are charming, respectful and provide good service. Hopefully latte da will read this and correct the lady. The coffee experience is way too expensive to waste on poor service and bad attitudes.

Takes way too long to get through the drive thru. These cars aren't ordering a lot of drinks either it's like 1-2 drinks and it's consistently taking 10 minutes each car. Crazy slow.
