Marcos is a welcome pizza joint in a town with lots of others. The food is always fresh and hot, the kitchen is clean, and the customer service is top notch. If you haven't tried it, give it a go. If you have had a problem with them, give them another go. We need more places like this in Kuna.

Honestly where do I even begin. Friday it was a 4 hour fiasco to finally get the right pizza, after 3 phone calls. We did get a credit. We called Sunday night to use the credit, a guy took our order and said 50 minutes. I called at an hour and 10 minutes, they can’t even find my order. Talk to the manager Lilly, who has been so very kind. So I re order and get told 30 mins or less. At 35 minutes it gets to my house and part of the order is wrong, I am not sure what is going on at this location, but what the hell honestly. Will not be ordering from here for a while. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is our go-to place for pizza! The quality is way better than Pizza Hut and Domino's but is faster than smokey mountain (across the street) and Idaho pizza company. The staff has always been friendly and the pizza is made nicely. Our order has never been wrong! It's a little pricer but worth it.

Once I found Marcos pizza in Kuna, because my usual pizza place was closed and Marcos is open til 11:00 pm. I had their pizza. It was so good, the toppings on top were tasty and plentiful and their sauce is so good. I want back tonight to see if it would be consistent with my first pizza, and was awesome. Try them out, you won't be disappointed
John at the front counter had excellent customer service skills watching him run back-and-forth between workin the front counter and run the oven. Especially while some of the other team members were just standing around when a customer would come in They would look to John to stop what he was doing so he could take care of the next customer. Pizza was decent, but John is the real deal there

Love their pizza, the staff is friendly, and it's a pretty good value. I got a large pepperoni and an order of cheesie bread. The CB comes with one marinara and one ranch dressing. I asked for a second one of each. I was told $1 for each extra sauce. I ordered the same thing last week, and there was no extra charge. Asked for the manager. Pleasant, over-explained the situation, but gave me the extras for free. Much appreciated. But said the regional manager had made the decision to charge for extras. Not very customer friendly, but I understand costs. I also asked for napkins, but was told they were out. Okay, I was going with the flow up until then, but a pizza place that runs out of napkins...maybe the regional manager should focus more on the basics such as staying in stock on napkins. This is kind of inexcusable.

The first time trying Marcos. If i could give you a 10 I would. Didn't get a pizza but tried 2 Deluxe bowls and a Philly bowl. Perfect. Was delicious. And i ordered for delivery at 6:15 p.m. and it got here 10 minutes early, piping hot. Marcos keep this up, you'll have a customer for life here. Please don't change a thing. Bu-bye Pizza Hut and Dominos.
