I got a 4 piece and they gave me a 3 piece. I ask for sauce and I double ask to make sure they give it. They didn't. My burger was lopsided and mushed. Cuh what the hell man.

I know how the food industry can be difficult as I have managed in this field for over 30 years, however this particular location really struggles to be consistent with its service. It is hit or miss whether or not you will get what you order, definitely shouldn’t rely on getting your condiments that you pay for because apparently it’s very hard to add those to the order. I am really curious why this is so hard. So if you order chicken nuggets you may want to ensure you have your favorite dipping sauce at home or you’ll be eating dry nuggets.

Ordered extra French vanilla for extra $.78 & extra carmel in coffee for extra $.78, for an extra $1.56. Couldn't even tell there was any in it. Thats always a disappointment for some of us whenever that happens. Just sayin'

Ew. Plain and simple. There's this McDonald's in Boise on Mitchel, sharing with a gas station. THAT tastes like the McDonald's I would get excited for as a kid. THIS one is gross. I open my cheeseburger and I SMELL the cheese, and it's not pleasant. Tried a bite and it matched the smell. McChicken wasn't great either, was also over sauced. Most of all, the fries. This time they were a bit crispy for about 2 minutes. And I parked and ate in the parking lot, so no lag time between receiving and eating, really soft, really fast. And again, ew. Recommendation, manager should travel to Mitchel location, try their food, and have the manager there try Kuna location. Not sure how working their will affect the ability to notice taste (I know it affected me when I was working there) but please, do something. It's gross down here.
Edit: glanced through other reviews a bit and God, help Kuna fast food ?
