Restroom had no soap. Lobby hand disinfectant was also empty. Kinda gross when your employees can't disinfect their hands after using the restroom.

I dont eat McDonald's weekly a couple times a month maybe. Food- I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe meal and an additional Large Fry. The Hamburger was 5/10 under seasoned I think. Sorta bland, and I added all the usual to for a burger. The fries are 8/10 while they are hot to warm with ranch and sweet and sour sauce. If the burgers aren't good I consider these burgers should be less money. Atmosphere- almost non-existant, nobody in the front but nice interior atleast.

The restaurant is fine, but orders from the mobile app have not been working for the past week or two. When trying to check out, the app says “ this restaurant can’t take your order right now” or “this restaurant is about to close” if placing an order around 6pm. Other McDonald’s in the area are functioning normally and a few friends have confirmed that the Kuna location is not working for them either. Something is wrong with this location’s time on the app or something.
I will not be ordering here until mobile orders are available again.

This is the second time in less then a month that I've gone in during lunch. I get my kids the kids meal and they come with the same toy, no big deal. The problem is when you go up to the employees and ask to swap so kids have different ones there complete jerks about it.

Worst experience. Waited 25 mins in the drive through for a mobile order (10 pc, md fry. No sauce, no drink). Nuggets were the driest and oldest nuggets they had. Ruined my hopes after waiting so long.
Very seldom you will get fresh fries or a whole order with nothing wrong. Your bagel breakfast sandwich is suppose to have the sauce on it not stone dry . This happens periodically.

i have never left a poor review for a restaurant before, but this location deserves to be the first. i used to come here often because it was cheap and close to my work. they have messed up my order a lot in the past, but it never bothered me much because everyone makes mistakes. but recently, it has been very disappointing. recently, they gave me an incorrect order through the drive thru. i returned it to the cashier inside who instantly took it outside to the correct customer. that doesn’t seem sanitary? if you hand out food to someone, you can not take it back and give it to someone else. do better. the last event that made me make this review happened today. after getting home on my lunch break, i found out they gave me an incorrect order, again. i called the restaurant, spoke with a manger, and i was told i needed to return the food for my money back. i explained to her that im on a very short lunch break and i have to return to work. she still wasn’t able to help me. i ended up losing money, losing time, and my meal. i will not be returning.

I got a 4 piece and they gave me a 3 piece. I ask for sauce and I double ask to make sure they give it. They didn't. My burger was lopsided and mushed. Cuh what the hell man.
