Avrie is the nicest drive thru server I have ever had. We love this Panda Express location. They are efficient, delicious, and amazing. Never disappoints!!

Absolutely horrible service! We went through drive thru, they parked us and told us it was a 6 minute wait and had us wait over 20 minutes. We had somewhere else to be so we went inside and asked for a refund. The cashier named Avrie was unhelpful and didn’t get someone to give us a refund. She told us she was getting the manager and never even did. They delayed refunding us for over 5 minutes. We ended up leaving without any food and no money refunded. On top of that, Marcela and Yoshi were disrespectful. If you want your time wasted this is your spot to go. This location needs to get checked out.

It is disappointing when they are not busy, and you have to remind them multiple times that you asked for soy sauce, then in getting back to my work, I discovered that I didn't get my egg roll. It kind of irritates me that even at a slow time they cannot get a basic order correct. What is the rush? Not sure I'll be going back anymore. Plus the attitude that was given, when you work in a service job. Completely ridiculous.

I arrived a few minutes early before my scheduled takeout pickup, and when they saw that I still had a few minutes before my order, they offered me a drink while I waited! I was so surprised and pleased. In a world that feels pretty impersonal these days, this small gesture stands out as people taking pride in their work and being grateful for their customers.

Lately the service has not been the best. Every time we get told the food will be ready in 5 minutes it turns out to be 15-30 minutes. I wish they were more transparent about their wait times. Last time I ordered, they gave me my sides and forgot my 2 entrees, so when I got home I just had a plate with chow mein and rice. This time, they said 5 minutes for the beef and broccoli in which I wait almost 20 minutes, and I only got 3 pieces of broccoli and a few pieces of meat. That’s what I was waiting 20 minutes for? I took a photo, I wish I can upload it to show. So disappointed.
Warning to anyone who has a truck and trailer. Apparently the staff do not allow accommodations for such setups. You will not be allowed to park in their parking lot taking up only enough parking spaces to fit your truck and trailer. There are zero signs that say anything regarding how or limitations of parking your vehicle in a parking lot. If I wasn't getting food for my wife. I would have just walked out and spent my money elsewhere.
