Lately the service has not been the best. Every time we get told the food will be ready in 5 minutes it turns out to be 15-30 minutes. I wish they were more transparent about their wait times. Last time I ordered, they gave me my sides and forgot my 2 entrees, so when I got home I just had a plate with chow mein and rice. This time, they said 5 minutes for the beef and broccoli in which I wait almost 20 minutes, and I only got 3 pieces of broccoli and a few pieces of meat. That’s what I was waiting 20 minutes for? I took a photo, I wish I can upload it to show. So disappointed.

Warning to anyone who has a truck and trailer. Apparently the staff do not allow accommodations for such setups. You will not be allowed to park in their parking lot taking up only enough parking spaces to fit your truck and trailer. There are zero signs that say anything regarding how or limitations of parking your vehicle in a parking lot. If I wasn't getting food for my wife. I would have just walked out and spent my money elsewhere.

I’ve been coming to this Panda Express for a long time, and while they did mess up my order this time, they went above and beyond to make it right. They gave me two free egg rolls and completely remade both of my orders without hesitation. The staff was super understanding and kind about the situation. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how they handle it, and they nailed it. Great service, clean location, and always consistent with their food. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

This is like the third time I’ve been there at 9, an HOUR BEFORE CLOSING, and they refuse to make more of whatever they’re out of. I get it if it’s like 30 minutes before closing but an hour is rediculous..

This is the second time I have ordered online and I’m telling it is the last. The first time I waited almost a half hour after my pick up time, even though lines and lines of people walked in and got their food before me even though I had ordered an hour before them. This time the food was ready right on time, which was awesome but the tiny amount of food was surprising. And the order was not correct. I could not believe how little the containers are now and how little food was in the container. And to get home and not have what you ordered was especially frustrating. So, NO I do not recommend ordering online. Go in!! Watch them put the food in your container. You get way more and you’ll know it’s correct!
