Placed a mobile app order. Once I arrived at the restaurant, the door was locked. A staff member was sweeping the floor directly in front of me. I pulled on the door and knocked to get some guidance on my order. The staff member would not look up or address me. I then went through the drive thru and waited 35+ minutes to pick up my food. I had to request my food be remade as it was sitting for over 35 minutes. I spoke to the manager and was greeted by rudeness. She did not apologize for my issues and did not offer any type of resolution. She stated they were remaking my food but that was per my request not something she offered. They then didn’t have an item ready I ordered even though I waited for so long. Once I got home, the food was not fresh even though they claimed to have “remade it.” Very dissatisfied with the staff, wait time, and food freshness.

Their food is flavorful. They offer a good variety. The atmosphere is casual and pleasant. People are friendly and helpful.Wheelchair accessibility: The wheel chair access is right up front near the doors, making it easy to get in and out.

I’m not one to make reviews, but I just had panda express last couple days and have been craving it and decided to go to the hometown in kuna. It was a quick trip, in and out, and the food taste so much better than the last couple spots! This manager has things rockin! Definitely worth swinging by for a quick, easy dinner!

This location was clean and the atmosphere was nice. The service was great. This is the first location where the serving sizes were way less then the other panda locations. My plate looked like it was missing a lot. Food was decent.

There was one person in line ahead of me. It took 10min for them to stop talking. Mean wile the other 5 cars are waiting to. I wanted 1 item they said wait another 10min. Every time it's like this now. 4oclock on Friday, and waiting again.

Should be ALL FIVES, but this review is a “1” ONLY because you DISCONTINUED the WARMED UP teriyaki sauce. I can’t eat your fantastic, delicious, awesome and wonderful food without HOT (TEMPERATURE HOT) teriyaki sauce. We would come in there for dinner 3 times a month, but now we NEVER GO. I sure miss it. We can only pick it up and bring it home in order to heat up the teriyaki sauce to eat with it. Our roommate can’t stand the smell, so we hate to torture him (I know, we need a new roommate!). Could I ask someone to heat up some teriyaki sauce?
