Super clean.We order pretty frequently from this location, and usually customize (with extra something, none of something, and light something) 2 of the pizzas in our order. It's accurate most of the time, and we're always very happy and impressed with our happy service. They've definitely had their rough days- most of their employees are hard working teens that get a little overwhelmed sometimes, but they are always worth going back.

I love papa murphys, but a note. It is really frustrating when I order 2 family size items and monkey bread totalling over $50 and add a tip so about $60, and then can't pay with a $100 bill. I had cash in hand. I thought it was America here. My change would have been $39 and some change. Instead you get to pay a fee for me to use my card.

Went and was first time buyer. Didn't go somewhere else because it's really close to my house but $31 for two large unbaked pizza is way to expensive I wouldn'tmind if they were baked at that price. But the place looked pretty clean and the employees were really good people when I went. Taste wasn't so good really.

Ordered three pizzas. A family cowboy a large 2 topping and a medium cheese. Instead of a large 2 topping which was supposed to be pepperoni and sausage it was just cheese. And my cowboy was supposed to have extra cheese on top.Well when I called the store after driving 20 miles to pick up the pizzas they said sorry we just have u a large cheese. After checking in their system it showed a large cheese and medium cheese.Well my receipt said other wise. It showed a large 2 topping with pepperoni and sausage. And my cowboy showed extra cheese.I willNever utilize this store location again and will suggest to my friends and neighbors to never use the Papa Murphy’s store at Linder and Deer flat road in Kuna Idaho.I give them 1 star. Never going there again.

I just called in an order for 2 pizzas and talked to a Shondra, who was VERY RUDE! She totally needs to learn phone Etiquette! She should NOT be talking to customers! I almost cancelled my orders and went somewhere else! This is ridiculous to be talked to like that!

My husband tried to buy extra dressing for our salads and he was told no, even though it would have been a sale. We ordered two pizzas and got home and realized one was totally wrong. My husband called and tried to have them make it right, and were told there was basically nothing they could do. Awful customer service!

The manager called me after reading my review on the Garlic and the Cinnamon Monkey bread that was delivered on New Year's eve that wasn't done right. It looked like 2 balls of bread dough. Got charged for extra toppings on $12 Tuesday! Asked why at the register & manager said it was a new policy! Why didn’t they say so when we called in our order? Also, pizzas weren’t fixed as ordered, and we asked for contact information for the owner, and Shandra said she couldn’t provide any way for us to reach out to the owner. Very poor customer service!!!Was told to contact corporate Papa Murphy’s. I did, and got a message saying I’d get a phone call within 3 business days. The 3 days are up & still haven’t received any calls from them yet ?
Its PapaMurphys Take and Back ive never had a problem with the kuna location they crank out the pizza and I bring it home and bake it. they are exactly what they are supposed to be !!!!

A worker was fired without any warning and was met as soon as the worker walked in the door. Rather than doing this in an office or another room it was done in the lobby in front of all the co-workers. Not cool! Your behind the scenes work should be as professional as your customer service.

2nd time in the past 2 months we've gone in and been told they are out of chicken for their pizzas. There is no one there older than 16 and if there is they do not make themselves known and expect these poor kids to take the heat for the poor way this store is ran. The past 6 months we've ordered 3 ish times and all 3 times we wait an additional 20 mins to get our food from the time specified. I get that employees can be hard to find but opening college football weekend/ Labor Day is not the day for the manager to be off. My biggest annoyance is that you guys let these kids who should be learning work ethic, leadership skills, and getting experience in the work force take the fall for the poor way this store is ran. The food minus missing the chicken is good. You can tell those kids are trying and doing what they can with what they have. Do better management!

I went here yesterday.Pizza was ready at the time and the service was quick. The environment was nice, lady at the front was timely and made sure I had the best service.It was close to home and I was able to go to the gas station across the street after.Pizza was good just got the pepperoni. It was very packed with pepperoni and had a good amount of cheese. The crust was nice and was decently thick.Kid-friendliness: It's an easy enough environment.
