With “Rebel” in the name, I was not expecting the Disney / Jesus theme. However, the barista was friendly, parfait was delicious, but cappuccino was just ok. Loved that I could get the drink “for here.”
I imagine this would be a good spot for working. No one there, lots of tables, outlets, and strong AC. I would just sit away from the tv blasting worship music videos.

Ordered for the first time today. Can’t drink milk so we called to see if they could sub for oat milk. The woman was so nice and said that she’d make sure we got oat milk. The food was absolutely amazing. 10/10 would recommend and I will absolutely be eating here again.

The coffee was okay but really disappointed me was the scone. I know it's going to be kind of a biscuity texture, this one was probably good before it was expired. Rubbery just not suitable to serve. I know they've been open about 3 weeks she said and I which then the best of luck but things should have an expiration date before they're served to the public, I feel like I wasted 20 bucks.

Fresh and delicious food, friendly fast service, and LOUD Christian rock music playing from tv. Stools are a bit low for the bar, but they have done a nice job creating a few cozy nooks with great seating.

I stopped by the new Rebel Roast in Boise this morning, and wow, what a gem! The coffee was fantastic and the barista was super friendly and clearly knew her stuff. The vibe inside is cozy and inviting, with comfy seating and a ton of natural light. I also grabbed their avocado toast which was the best I’ve had. This place will become my new go-to spot!
