Love Love Love Reeds dairy!!!! I work right next door at kuna nails and spa. We always walk over and grab some water, sometimes ice cream and soup and sandwiches. The workers are ALWAYS very friendly and always remember my name! Keep up the good work!!

Had another negative experience here tonight. The kids that work here just aren’t good with basic customer service etiquette. Walking in, there are 3-4 young employees standing there talking. No welcome in or hello, just blank stares. After paying, we say “thank you” and the employee says “yeah”. I know they are young but come on… They seem to be in a hurry to get back to their conversation. We had a similar experience several months ago but thought we would give it another try. Had to give it some stars as the ice cream is pretty good. We will be going back to the Lake Hazel location.

If you love that ice cream taste you remember as a child.... you know the on, rich buttery custard that is full of flavor and delight. Then you need to head over to Reed's Dairy in Kuna! They have fantastic ice cream, fresh milk, cheese curds, chocolate milk and regular cheese. The staff are super helpful and very nice!!

Went in with my husband for a few shakes. We were greeted politely by 2 out of the 3 kids working there. The third kid was sitting on the counter with their feet on the counter. Not very sanitary. Other wise the other two kids were very polite and the rest of the shop seemed very clean. Don’t know if I would want my grilled cheese to taste like a shoe though.

We loved our meal at Reed’s Dairy. We got the grilled cheese sandwiches and my wife got the tomato soup. Yum! It was delicious. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. We will be coming back.
