I guess just underwhelmed.. server was ok, I think he may have been the only one. Atmosphere is ok . Food the last few times was just ok.. salad tastes like it has vinegar or something on it even before the dressing.. and do you have to put feta on everything ?

We had a chicken salad and it was delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly ☺️ there was a bit of a wait, but the server worked hard to get our food out quickly, and was very friendly.Dietary restrictions: They have many options for any type of dietary restrictions.

My family and I have been to several Smoky Mountain Restaurants and decided to try the one located in Kuna for the first time. This location was our favorite. It is a little smaller than the others, but it was very quaint. The server and the service was great. The food was really good as usual and the TV’s were playing BSU sports. We were seated without a wait, our food was served quickly and our drinks were constantly topped off. Can’t ask for much more than that. Kuna is a great little city and this restaurant fits in perfectly. We will be back.

The Kuna location has gone downhill over the last couple of years Compared to other SMPG locations. Looooong waits, understaffing, curtailed menu, lower food quality....Plan on a 1.5-2 hour stay (if you get seated at all)...Last visit we stood at the door/bar waiting to be seated for close to 10 minutes. Never saw a soul come out from the back to seat us much less check on customers already there <crickets> We left and went to the fully staffed Meridian location and everything went just fine. Done with the Kuna location.
Although I've read quite a few poor reviews about this location, our experience at Kuna Smokey Mountain was really great.The pizza was cooked to perfection, crispy crust, toppings fresh and crisp, and fresh produce items, such as basil, added to the hot pie when it came out of the oven.The service and the beers were also wonderful.In the restaurant business, you are only as good as your employees execution. The execution was nearly flawless for our visit.The only negative is that we were there on a Thursday night, and they don't have a Prime account to watch the NFL. Come on guys, pay for a subscription!

Went to Smokey on Saturday for my mother in laws b-day. Was seated and told that a server would be there shortly. 3 servers walked by so and attempted to get their attention with no luck so after 20 minutes with no water or service, we left. This is what happens when you use Craigslist as your hiring source. Bad service and management.

Took 20 minutes to get order placed with staff. Got 1st drinks quickly then took another 40 minutes to get food out. Other tables that ordered after us with similar number of guests received their food before we did. One dish didn't come out with the rest for another 5-10 minutes. Very little attention from staff while we were waiting.On a normal day I would rate 3.5 to 4 stars since the service has always been good. But today was not a normal day.Overall a very disappointing experience.
