I order a pineapple refresher here and I asked for extra ice and blended. Not only did they charge extra 75 cents compare to other locations they didn’t make it right. The drink tastes horrible, watered down and melted within seconds.And the girls working behind the counter are super rude, and not friendly. They couldn’t care less about making your drink right. So disappointed and so so overpriced. And YES I WAS OVER charged. Even though the girl RUDELY told me I wasn’t

The two waitresses in the morning are only care about continuing small talk with each other in their own language, no smile on the face and very sloppy attitude. I ordered a chestnut praline latte and it doesn’t looks like the picture at all, they gave very little amount of cream and come with a lid. The picture doesn’t come with a lid though! I have a picture that my friend ordered from the other Starbucks store and the other one is mine, hers’ looks like more authentic and mine looks like a fake one.

You guys save yourself the trouble. These girls In here are so rude. They care more about talking to friends at the pickup counter than taking an order of a paying customer. I literally stood for 5 mins being ignored. No other customers. Then I had to ask to order. The one girl rolled her eyes. Like I was such an inconvenience to even be ordering. Sad because I love starbucks , but I won't be back to be treated like dirt. ?

Just came back after filing a complaint on-site. Chris and Brooklynn should be fired. This is not only the terrible customer service, but also discrimination and racism!They completely ignored my wife and daughter standing there for 5 to 10 minutes, who kept saying hello loudly to them. My daughter even stepped closer and said hello loudly. They didn’t respond and completely ignored. They were chatting, laughing without looking at or speaking with my wife. It is completely unacceptable.After long time, Chris offered to sell my wife products! The service from Chris was terrible, no eye contact, no smiling, no asking if you need the receipt. Directly throw it into trash!I was completely upset when my wife came home and told me. Chris already left when I was there. Brooklynn was not surprised when I wanted to speak with her manager. She said they don’t have a manager there.I had to speak with the Albertsons’ manager (Bryan). He is professional and will investigate to address our complaints. They care about people!

Hour lunch breaks? Constant breaks? I hung around an hour and 23 minutes waiting for their "break" to end and they never showed.
Oh my God this Starbucks is deplorable. You go in 1520 minutes before they close and they say they're closed. They claim that they have to clean up. But I thought the store is open for 20 more minutes but yet again they say oh no you could take your cup up to the register and pay over there because we're closed. I am so happy that they open a Starbucks on the Albertsons on Amity an eagle because they are 100 time better than Lake Hazel Albertson's. The attitudes are so much better they are so excited to have a job there and there are there until closing.
