Came in and got kicked out of the store for asking for their corporate number. Had an employee tell me to go do it when he wasn't around, this all stemmed from brad the manager harassing my girlfriend when she came in to get a sandwich, she was also promplty kicked out for seemingly no reason.

Worst immature disrespectful manager. I've ever run across in my life. He is at the Cuna Subway. Join lunch hours just in case there's more than one manager. Please fire him. He sucks and i'm definitely not coming back until he's gone.

Put an online order in at kuna location on 3/5/25. Waited in parking lot while order was being made for 20min. Order said ready on app. I walked in and waited another 10min while the one employee working there was helping other customers.
I asked about my online order in between a customer that was being helped. He said it hasnt been started yet and that he was told to prioritize walk-ins vs online orders!?!
I wasted close to an hour of my time only to void my order. This location has usually been good to me (when walking in). However, I will not go to this location or use the app any longer after being told about how they prioritize their orders! The employee stated he has been there for 2 months.

Never labels there sandwich and only gets it right when you in in person to watch them as they do it. Always out at least 3 types of bread. And don't care of there customers when they ask to fix there mistakes.

We never went to subway
This is the dirtiest, most disgusting restaurant I think I have ever been to. The floor was sticky, everywhere. There is food debris all over the area they make the sandwiches in. They put frozen spinach on my sandwich. This is not a one off experience. The uncleanliness of this place is obviously acceptable by the owner/manager/corporate. I will literally never eat at this location ever again. The thought of it makes me want to vomit.

Food is usually decent. However, if they happen to mess up your order while Brad(the manager) is working, be prepared to hear a mountain of excuses along with him telling you he can't remake the sandwich. The guy will literally get combative and cause a scene irregardless of who else is around - customers and other employees alike. Absolutely an unpleasant place to patronize.

I had an online order and showed up at the exact time it was supposed to be done but they haven’t even started it yet with zero customers in the lobby. They said they were out herbs and cheese bread surprise surprise. They are always out of this bread and refuse to make more no matter the time of day. The shift lead was extremely rude to me and other customers and even lied straight to my face about “calling me” I checked my phone and received zero calls. The shift lead was hiding her name tag, cussing, and not even helping make my order that I waited over 30 minutes for. I will never be going here again and I strongly suggest that no one does Terrible experience every time I go in there

Why do you all even bother keeping this problematic location up and running still? You all can't keep people employed, can't pay them worth a darn to mistreat them and then play the pitty party when things are going rough. The problem is the stingy management keeping this place at a purpetual negative atmosphere just so they can make at most 100+ bucks a day in sales. Just the other day I came to this location hoping it had changed but I waited in line for about 15 to 20 minutes with only one other person in front of me. The poor kid helping the people had no idea what he was doing and "manager" brad did literally nothing to help with helping customers.
At this rate of 1 star reviews there isn't going to be anyone left in kuna going to this subway.

I ordered a new honey mustard sandwich but the guy kept on trying to have me do the wrap and I told him no I wanted the new honey mustard on the Italian herbs and cheese bread and he did not follow what I asked for and how I wanted my sandwich and he treated me with no respect and I had to ask multiple times to get more vegetables on my sandwich cuz they were trying to give me very little vegetables so I was not happy how they made my sandwich or how they treated me and my coworker and they didn't even make his sandwich right either he got a cold cut sandwich and he had to keep on asking to put more black olives on it
