1 employee by herself during the lunch rush?? Owners and management, please her so e help! C'mon now
Its been at least 3 years since I've gotten what I ordered without mistakes. Half the time it's not edible. This time I ordered a basic ham and cheese. I wrote down the bread just like it is called in the menu. Artisan italian-white bread. I got Italian herb and cheese. When I opened the sandwich there was 3 slices of ham so thin you could read through it. I'm done with subway. Tired of paying for food that isn't edible.

This is the first time at this subway. The young man there would not take coupons that were on my phone,I take a picture of the QR code and never had a issue before. That is completely fine.It was just slightly off putting.
The problem was the food was less than attractive. I ordered a few sandwiches and the turkey healing had a couple pieces left in the pan and it was cross contaminated with other ingredients
The same goes for other items in the food tray. I was going out of town on a trip and this was my last stop so I was slightly cautious but I was still hopeful that I would be okay.
I Will tell you that was not the case.Because I got food poisoning.
Please do not, Go to this location.I've been to many and I am a normal Subway customer.This was the worst experience i've ever had.

I love subway. But this subway has almost completely turned me off the establishment. The first time I had a bad experience, I waited in line with 6 other people while the employees behind the counter made several online orders over the customers in the store. I ended up leaving after the manager seemingly told the girl behind the counter to “finish these” and walks into the back.
The next time I thought I would be proactive and order online. I submitted my order and gave it about 30 minutes in case it was busy again. I looked and it said it was ready for pick up. I drove to the location which was another 7 or so minutes away. At this point almost 40 minutes have passed. I go inside to small line this time. I walk to the pickup area and there’s nothing. I stand around until the employee finished with the current customer. I quickly asked about my online order. The kid tells me “yeah no that’s not ready. You can wait 5 minutes for it” and asks the next customer what they would like to order. So I am now waiting up to an hour for sandwich that I have already paid for? When the first time you made us all wait while you made online orders? Zero consistency. I had to call and get a refund because the kid blatantly ignored me. Definitely do not recommend this location.

Frequently order food for dinner from this location as it is close to my work. 9/10 times have 0 issues. Order is correct, portion is good, ingredients fresh. When I do encounter a situation where they don’t have an ingredient I requested, they are communicative and apologetic every time. That’s not very common when you’re having food delivered and not actually there face-to-face with the employees, so I want to give kudos to the employees at the store for always making sure to leave a note and an apology and substituting to make things right without having to be asked

So disappointed 😞 no more tortillas. So you can get a wrap on flat bread. Well flat bread doesn't hold all the food inside like a tortilla. So it all squeezed out the other end. Such a mess. Plus the flat bread is very chewy. Not the same at all. Not to mention that $27 for 2 sandwiches, no drinks, no chips, and no cookies, is very pricey.

Gaby was absolutely wonderful! She made our food exactly to order and exceeded all expectations!! She was kind, personable, and makes a killer sandwich! She deserves a raise!

This Subway used to be meh and I’d avoid it. I’m so glad I decided to go tonight because a woman named Gabby was working and she was amazing. What a ray of sunshine!! If she’s not manager yet, she should be. She was so friendly, upbeat, and helpful! She made it known she’s very grateful to work here. I’ll be back! I’ll call ahead to see if Gabby is working though.

Young gentleman inside was very kind. Excellent customer service. The bread wasn't quite ready he took his time to very kindly explain. I'm beyond amazed at this young kids charisma. I'm sorry I didn't catch he's name he was there on may 17th opening. I just wanted to say thank you. Kindness is more important than some think.

I was in the store while manager started yelling at a door dasher just looking at orders, I felt the dasher didn’t do anything wrong, and the manager just wanted to pick a fight, he seemed stressed and frustrated beforehand, anyways he made me feel uncomfortable and wanted to leave the store immediately. Please next time just show some professionalism, and think about other customer when dealing with problems.

Came in and got kicked out of the store for asking for their corporate number. Had an employee tell me to go do it when he wasn't around, this all stemmed from brad the manager harassing my girlfriend when she came in to get a sandwich, she was also promplty kicked out for seemingly no reason.
