By far the slowest Taco Bell I’ve been to. 25 minute wait for 2 value menu items and a nacho fry, by the time it came out everything was made incorrectly. Seems to be no sense of structure or work ethic in the building considering the dining room was a mess, bathrooms were trashed, and employees wouldn’t even acknowledge anyone in the dining room waiting on doordashes or orders in general.

Usually no issues. 1 1/2 hours before close, order is accepted online, and never even gets prepared
Showed up 2 hours later
It's been a long time since I've been to Taco Bell. I really miss the Chicken Grilled Stuffed Burrito. Our food was good but our service was really great, way above fast food norms.

The chalupa was always my favorite. I haven't had it for a long time. Was so looking forward to it only to be sadly disappointed. It was cold, dry, flavorless. Honestly the best thing in that meal was the chips and nachos fries. Won't be coming back, ever!

My experience at the Kuna Idaho taco bell. Well lets just say this first off, management needs to be someone older than 18. 18 year olds can't manage 16-18 year old. 2nd, you should probably give your kids proficiency tests, you know to make sure they can properly read the orders and follow the directions that people want with their orders i.e. sour cream, extra sour cream. Also, when wrapping peoples food, make sure it is wrapped correctly in the paper. My taco first off did not have the sour cream i asked for on it, but i bet i was charged for it, AND taking it out of the bag it wasn't wrapped right and it just fell all over my other food. Now if i called them, they would just tell me to waste my time and gas and come in for a new order, when NOW apparently they deliver.
So, if your constipated, just go eat at Taco Bell. It'll get you mooving and raise your blood pressure. SHOULDA JUST WENT ACROSS THE STREET TO DEL TACO!

I won’t come back at night anymore to this location. Probably the weekend or short staffed. But after waiting over 20minutes for 4 items. Seems a little ridiculous and it’s no longer fast food. There’s at least 6 vehicles as well waiting for their food with me all asked to pull around to the front.

Now i never leave a review on fast food because it’s just that, fast food. But my food looks and feels like it has been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Not only that but it also was just thrown in the bag. I couldn’t eat my taco without all the inside falling out because the tortillas were so soggy.

We spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru for two beefy five layer burritos, and an agua fresca. One burrito contained mostly meat and a little bit of beans, and the other contained some beans with a ton of queso. Both burritos were flimsy, (it is fast food after all.)
By the time I received the agua fresca, the ice had already melted making it watered down and almost flavorless.
It's sort of a 50-50 chance something similar will happen going to Taco bell, which isn't too bad but definitely don't get your expectations up.

The workers are nice but DANG is it so slow here. They had us park up front and had to watch as they brought food out to FIVE other cars they had parked out front before us. Half our food was hella cold and clearly had just been waiting for the rest of it to be ready. Please hire more workers they clearly are short staffed.
EDIT: We spoke to the manager Gabriella she was very nice and explained this mistake and helped the situation resolve. The employees were hustling so I will say that, but they just must need more people or something to keep up with demand.

How can a story call themselves fast food when it regularly takes 20 minutes plus to get your order? They only worry about their drive-thru customers. Absolutely horrible service!!!

Very generic environment and employees typical Taco Bell setting when you walk in and the standard employees they aren’t amazing by any means but they aren’t bad the issue isn’t their communication or service by any means but purely their incompetence when it comes to making orders today was the second day I’ve come into Taco Bell and I got the same order a drink with two chicken quesadillas the fact they manage to mess up all four of my chicken quesadillas over a two day span astonishes me the first two quesadillas on day one had tomatoes and lettuce sprinkled all through both of them and one of them didn’t come with any of the sauce that typically comes in a chicken quesadilla but whatever no big deal right just a couple of mistake we are all human no problem but on day two same order yet again I received two completely uncut chicken quesadillas yet again with little bits of tomato and lettuce and on top of all of that the cheese was so far away from being melted it was falling out of my chicken quesadillas for anyone who’s ever order that you know that’s when something’s gone terribly wrong on closer inspection the tortilla had literally zero brown spots as if it wasn’t even cooked because of this I didn’t feel it was even safe to consume because of the chicken in potentially being undercooked so that’s what lead me to write this extensive review on Taco Bell hopefully I can return to order the same thing I’ve always have in the future and I’ll get cooked food with all the ingredients it’s suppose to have

I stopped by this location on Friday, October 17 around 10:30pm. It was busy(probably due to the high school football game earlier that night) and I was in a bad mood. I have to say, there was an Anna J working the drive thru window, and she was awesome. She was polite, courteous, and attentive. Most of my experiences at fast food establishments are very non-personal and I get bad to terrible service, so I wanted to give a big shout out to someone that stood out and made my experience at Taco Bell much better.
The food was good as well.

We placed an order for $32 worth of food last night. When we got up to the window they informed us that they didn’t have all the ingredients to complete our order. We took what we could at 9pm at night and they promised to replace our entire order the next day. We got home and everything was cold after they prepared our meal in the drive thru and we had to come into the establishment to discuss this further. We picked up today and turns out they only wanted to replace half of what we had ordered the night before. We spoke with 2 managers that agreed to replace the entire order. Mind you they didn’t even replace the food items that were missing. Just whatever they randomly decided to replace. Do what you say next time. We stop here often and this is so disappointing. We will go to other locations in the future.
