I walked up to the counter and tried to get my cup that they forgot to give me and they stared at me and I asked the person that was closest to the counter and they just stared at me and said nothing. I had to knock on the counter to try and get someone to come talk to me at counter. Also there was nobody inside and nobody in the drive through and atleast 8 people inside behind the counter. This place sucks!
Been here a bunch of times. 80% of the time something is wrong with the order, which is fine because it’s a bunch of kids working. Today I got chalupas without meat again. Shannon the “manager” said I asked for only lettuce 😂. Pretty sad that even when I take the time to call and let them know there’s an issue they do nothing but make jokes.

We waited in the drive thru for over 30 mins today because we had paid and they kept doing doordashes. Even if they were understaffed it should not take 30 mins for 3 burritos and 4 tacos. That is ridiculous. After waiting for 30 mins we didn't even get free taco coupons or any sort of apologies just excuses that they were "understaffed and backed up" I wish I would've known before I paid so I could've left at least.

The kiosk that I was told to order from was sticky. Ew. My tacos were dripping wet but not grease it was water. Double Ew. Service was fine but slow as all get out.

I’ve loved and had Taco Bell since I was a kid, and I can remember the days of going through the drive thru and getting home to eat exactly what you ordered. If you order from KUNA TACO BELL, You are playing roulette. Not only are you unsure if you even got the right amount of items(right or wrong), BUT after 30 minutes in the drive thru for 2 orders, you dont even know what burrito you are going to bite in when you get home. If this Taco Bell is an example of where the world is going, we all might as well call it quits right now. I got over the 7 layer, but for the love of god, wondering who is going to miss out when we get home, or bite into a completely different item when we get home, I really can’t move past. After countless times of the same problem I have to say something. The lack of care, after zero ability to math, or follow an off the menu order. Taco time and Del Taco, please rearrange your hours to meet the demands of the people

Worst service ever! They got my order wrong, stood there for 15 min before anyone would help me even with me trying to get their attention. Then when they did help the lady seemed annoyed with me. The lobby was nasty. I don’t recommend going to the Taco Bell in Kuna.
Food poisoning on December 1, 2024 from an order of one quesadilla. Called Central District Health to report this. I'd avoid this restaurant at all costs.

The manager accused me for stealing and made a big scene infront of the whole restaurant and embarrassed me. She’s grouchy, mean and isn’t respectful for anyone. I was nice and respectful and very polite. Fire the manager that is there!!
