I’m a local who enjoys Wendy’s and this location particularly is just on top of it! Everything is always made correctly, if not always, with a little extra love. Employees are genuine, and are really cool, calm and collected. Working efficiently, the quality shows here! Thank you to the employees!!!

I spent about 45 minutes waiting for my food, they tried to give me a frosty (same one that i ordered) but it was setting out for about 13 minutes, when i asked for a new one the male worker scoffed and rolled his eyes, ive had them make mistakes before and was fine but this isn't acceptable, i hope management reflects on how their team treats people

This place allways manages to please me even on the busiest days and the busiest times of those days. They have good customers service and the best soda machine with hundreds of options to choice from. If there was an option for 10 stars, I would give them every single one that they earned (which is 10). Long story short I was very impressed with this location.

Typical Wendy's experience, however, the managers are absolutely rude and throw a lot of attitude over complaints like cold fries or missing/incorrect items. Ive also seen some mistreatment of staff by them and thats not okay.

Mid morning no one in line in front of me, order, had to pull around and wait 15 min for my 2 breakfast sandwiches to be made..... NOT A BREAKFAST MEAL..... JUST 2 BREAKFAST SAUSAGE CROISSANTS .... Not Sure why it took so long but DEFINETLY not worth waiting my money or time on again for sure
Bought a drive up apple pecan salad, it had no cheese on it, nor was there a mention that they didn't have cheese. I see this as poor service.

I ordered a large meal and got small fries in a large box.. I didn't eat any of them yet I dumped them on my paper for the burger and that's how many I got, not just one but two meals like this.
