Our waitress left in the middle of us ordering and then she messed up the checks when it was time to pay. They need a new manager. I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger but the garlic sauce was overwhelming and the fries were so hard I couldn't eat them.

I ate here with my boyfriend for the first time after wanting to for months and it was totally worth it! The servers were super friendly to us, the atmosphere was nice and relaxed, and the food was soo delicious! I will definitely be going again!

This was good, the bite size tender and no gristle, beer batter shrimp big, baked potato perfect and big, standard salad, veggies and texas toast, burger huge and so much bacon and 2 onion rings, plus tons of delicious fries, parking is a challenge and noisy, but food was good.

First visit, I had the last brisket Mac and cheese. Second visit the brisket loaded potato. Perfect portions not too much not too little. Very fair price for what we got.
Last summer in Texas, we visited a highly rated BBQ joint and thought it was okay. Bircher's brisket beats the brisket we had in Texas.

The hubs and I ate here. He had the chicken fried steak. He's always on the look out for a good chicken fried and he said it was one of the best he'd eaten. Our waitress set a plate of golden garlic fries and a brisket sandwich in front of me. I tried a fry...it was french fry heaven. I ate the whole pile before I took a bite of the sandwich, which was amazing. Good food.
