Bought a cup of coffee, asked for a cup of water. They apparently dont give water cups, you have to buy a water bottle.

I simply got a shop of espresso here. However, in the short time I was there, I loved the atmosphere and service, and the coffee was good.

We've came here several times and the lady who had previously helped us (i believe the owner or manager as she's normally planning the star wars nights and Lego nights) had been super nice. We came today during the Century of Love event and felt very disappointed in the service. We did all 20 locations and this was the only business we were not greeted in. My husband got in line for coffee and the person who was taking orders skipped over him and took the person behind him twice despite him standing right at the counter so he ended up turning around. We spent around 10 minutes looking around the store for Mickey with my 4 year old and he kept asking them questions for them to only answer yeah to everything he asked.

This place is really a gem in a small town. The atmosphere alone is super cool. There are lots of little rooms, cozy chairs, bar seating, indoor, outdoor, and even an upstairs seating. They have food, coffee, tea, ice cream, floats, etc. The decor is super cute, local art for sale, the tables are hand made with tools welded on the bottom for style- you can tell the owners have put a lot of work into it. They also support local non profit work for teens and young moms- so it’s not all about the money, but about making the community better.

I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit Lewiston.

Friendly staff and a peaceful atmosphere. They only offered one roast (medium) though which isn't ideal for a dark roast lover, but good place otherwise.

Went in on a Saturday where two female employees were working, and 2 customers in line in front of me. The First person places order, then an employee walks off from register as next customer walks up and says it’s going to be a few minutes sorry without even looking at her or a smile to the woman in front of me. After 4 minutes passed by only 2 simple lotus drinks were made with two employees working. Having an anxious toddler with me I asked if it was going to be a while, or if they had a lot of orders or something so I could gauge how much longer to wait. One employee turns and responds “it’ll be another five minutes”. After having already stood there for four minutes , another estimated 5 minutes for them to only get to the next person in line was way too long and not worth the wait for me. I’ve been in a few times with my family ordering coffees, lotus drinks and breakfast food. It’s been slow service but never to this extent. We’ve had the breakfast which was average for a coffee shop. I only would recommend stopping by for a coffee or food if you have a lot of time to waste. I’ve worked as a barista in the past and it’s not difficult to at least speak to customers and give them some acknowledgment, eye contact or better communication when they are standing there waiting in a line. When employees are walking around and avoiding eye contact and failing to give customers updates on how long they might be waiting was a little unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth. And unfortunately I waited 5 minutes to leave with nothing. Kindness and communication goes a long way.

Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to. Was a very fun experience and the coffee and food was delicious. Definitely recommend to anyone that want to experience a very cozy atmosphere and is a perfect spot to either study, catch up with a friend or just relax.

Dietary restrictions: Their coffee has different milk alternatives for those that can't drink milk.

Kid-friendliness: The batistas a very friendly to children and it is very endearing watching the interactions between them.
