Ok so I’ve worked fast food before so I know what rushes are like and for this store they were slammed but the gal that took my order was absolutely rude I’ve worked all day I ordered a couple things then got to what I wanted and it took a second cause I’m tired and the talk started rolling her hands at me to hurry up that pissed me off then when they got one thing in my order wrong which was not adding bacon I simply asked for the bacon so I could just add it to the burger to which they was kinda crappy wanting to make the whole burger over to which I denied I don’t want the burger remade the burger was fine I just wanted the bacon I paid for and my ranch if you can’t handle pressure and feel you need to get crappy get a new job that’s all I can say on that this place went downhill since they moved up the hill

Very good new bulding Book service is for quality of cooking is for and you can't get it your way anymore I asked for burn fries and you used to be able to get them barely over raw and they call it well done I definitely am not going to get fries here ever again JUNK Well I can add several other things I think they must have changed management because they have dropped off in their quality of service totally around everything I ordered a meal to stay in the dining area I am deaf so I told them to bring the meal to me they did not do that kept calling it out I finally went up it was not in a tray it was in a to-go bag I said well I had ordered a to here Burger She said to me these words well it's in the get to go you go I had to leave I cannot dine in they actually discriminated I think against Me maybe not knowingly but they told me well it's a to go so go exact word she said she is young girl and knew there

Id give less stars if I could. You guys are awful worse than the last time you should be embarrassed at the lazy staff who acts like they hate their job each other and the customer. They don't communicate to each other they spend more time staring at the screen than actually making food Dont even greet customers. Unfortunately it looks like this Burger King is just going to go to crap like the last one.

We drove all the way up there because they said they close@1030pm every night of the week only to have it be closed! It was 9:35pm!!! This isn't the first time that's happened either....it seems they just close whenever they want to and it doesn't matter who wastes their time OR money to go there! Very VERY poor management in my opinion......
ABSOLUTELY the worst food ever!! Original chix sandwich ( cold oil? ) actually dripping with grease also was a gritty texture to the meat or breading. Jr.whopper equally just as bad🤢bun was dry, onion so tuff couldn't chew it, Burger king used to be my favorite Fast Food 🤮 went to garbage and ill never eat there again

In using the drive thru I was unable to rate the atmosphere. But know this the food is and has always been 5 star. For the price is absolutely fabulous. Went there during the busy dinner time and within this the wait was minimal. Thank you BK.

We have eaten at the Lewiston Id. Burger King almost every morning for the last 6 years (except during covid ) We have always had excellent service & the staff is great. They are just like family!
