I have ordered from dominos every time I've ordered pizza in the last three years and today was absolutely the last time I will ever order from them. I noticed a pattern of employee behavior when I don't leave a tip either they will knock on my door to hand deliver or ask for a signature when I select contactless delivery. If I leave a tip they do not do this. It's honestly ridiculous and very pushy. Today I didn't even get my order because they were pushing for a signature and I told them I do not open my door for strangers regardless of it being a delivery driver or not that's why I choose contactless delivery. They said they would leave the order but we're going to stay to watch me get the order and I told them absolutely not. They said they would take the order back if they didn't watch me get it per their policy but the drivers have NEVER ONCE stayed to watch me get the order. I've never claimed to not receive my orders from them and I've never filed charge backs so they were just being difficult to be difficult. I do not open the door for anyone when my husband is not home because of fears I have that are debilitating and this has never been an issue until today. Even if I move I will never order from another dominos because when I told them I would be calling corporate the manager said that's fine all corporate complaints come straight to me anyways and she clearly did not care that they have been rude.
Ordered Domino's for the first time in 5 years. Glad we did. We had a parmesan stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and a New York style pizza with Philly steak, onions and mushrooms. Really good stuff!

Hi, ordered from this store ever since it opened. Great food great service. Tonight I ordered. Got double charged. Wasn't sure if it was my error or the store. When I tryed to call store to clear it up they said someone tryed to deliver already. My grandchildren are waiting for pizza. Hovering at door? Then they canceled my order hung up on me every time I called back?? Not sure what the hell the problem is and why nobody wanted to resolve it. Went to a different place , first time ever

I placed an order and my girlfriend tried getting the pizza with our new born and my 2 year old they refused to bring the pizza out to her!!! So I showed up and asked for the manager while talking to the manager I asked how can you not bring out a order that I was paying for and he proceeded to tell me that I should learn to read the fine print I then said you should probably learn to not be so dam lazy he then told me to leave or he would call the police so my girlfriend then tried coming to get the pizza and he then refused her as well whoever the manager is on his high horse and needs to be taught how to work in customer service and serve people the correct way!

I had not been in a domino's in years so I ordered a pizza . They got the ordered mixed upped but I caught it . I ordered extra cheese on it but they forgot it! That's OK I will try again to see how they do. I am not picky. The store was neat clean and friendly what more could you ask for? The store was busy and ordered my pizza online, I seem to see more mistakes on the places I go with online orders! But I will be back again
