Food was delivered past 30 minutes so it was cold and stuck to the cardboard. Driver marked it as delivered when it wasn’t. Reported the issue person answered the phone said it’s a known issue. So either the dominos company doesn’t care or the drivers keep marking delivered when it wasn’t to improve their numbers is my guess.

I ordered $80 worth of food and it was all raw I called up and this guy named Shawn who should be fired for how he treated me as a daily customer with his swearing and yell over the phone so I went in person and he was still acting the same way like I'm never ordering from here again and I'd rather have Papa John's because they know how to treat their customers and don't swear or yell at their customers. I hope everyone reads this and never orders from here EVER

Went and spent over 80.00 on good and the chicken was not cooked it had a bone in the boneless chicken and the bone in chicken was PINK and when called Shawn the shift lead was rude and running his mouth to us on the phone. Never going here again. I spent alotnof money since 2020 while working from home here not again

I ordered at 10:40 on a Tuesday. it said the wait would be 20 to 30 minutes it’s got here over an hour and a half and I called they said the driver had multiple orders. The food got here cold an unappetizing and the staff didn’t care and wouldn’t work with me at all

I order from here all the time, yet some how unless I order a buffalo pizza and modify it my order does not come out right. I want a peperoni olive buffalo pizza, a peperoni buffalo spinach pizza, they never put the buffalo on, sure it weird, but I payed money for it, stop judging me and make the thing I payed for, I've been a cook for 10 years I know how tickets work and it tells you how to make the order, I've never had this problem at other domino's, my order had been messed up at least 15 times in the last year
I love this location! The whole crew is very friendly. They always get my order correct and promptly. I always get a good vibe when I come here! Thanks Lewiston Dominos! Would recommend!!! -

Person who answered the phone says they are the manger there and hangs up as I was explaining how they added extra fees out of nowhere to my order come to find out the delivery guy calls the actual dominos restaurant on Lisbon street the lady continues to give me an strong disrespectful attitude through the phone and hangs up again
