I ordered at 10:40 on a Tuesday. it said the wait would be 20 to 30 minutes it’s got here over an hour and a half and I called they said the driver had multiple orders. The food got here cold an unappetizing and the staff didn’t care and wouldn’t work with me at all

I order from here all the time, yet some how unless I order a buffalo pizza and modify it my order does not come out right. I want a peperoni olive buffalo pizza, a peperoni buffalo spinach pizza, they never put the buffalo on, sure it weird, but I payed money for it, stop judging me and make the thing I payed for, I've been a cook for 10 years I know how tickets work and it tells you how to make the order, I've never had this problem at other domino's, my order had been messed up at least 15 times in the last year
I love this location! The whole crew is very friendly. They always get my order correct and promptly. I always get a good vibe when I come here! Thanks Lewiston Dominos! Would recommend!!! -

I’ve had $50 pending by dominos for 3 days by domino’s. Never received any food. Everyone I talk to, they say they can’t help me. So quick to take my money but have no idea how to give it back.

Person who answered the phone says they are the manger there and hangs up as I was explaining how they added extra fees out of nowhere to my order come to find out the delivery guy calls the actual dominos restaurant on Lisbon street the lady continues to give me an strong disrespectful attitude through the phone and hangs up again

Domino's Pizza, I am quite disappointed. I walk in to order my food around 8:00pm tonight. I ordered my food and was told that it would be a ten minutes. I paid then I took a seat in the dining area to wait. About ten minutes go by and my name was not called. I didn’t make a fuss; it’s late. I’ve been a closer in a fast food restaurant. I know how it is. But in that time, the two cooks in the back were having a conversation about another person. We’ll call him “Dave”. Per the cooks in the back, Dave was upset that he got fired from his job (not Domino’s) and stating that he was fired because he was black. The two cooks then went onto say and I quote “I’m tired of this.” “That’s bullsh*t.” “Yeah, I know racism exists but it’s not all the time. I’m sick and tired of the victim mentality.” “Yeah man it’s not everyone.”
As I’m sitting there I was debating on whether or not to mention to these people that not only am I sitting in the room and to educate them on intersectionality and micro aggression. I chose to kept quiet in the moment. Ironically, a black man walked in and picked up his order. Meanwhile, it’s been 30 minutes and my name still hasn’t been called. I finally got up to ask about my food and it was sitting in the window the whole time. Needles to my food was cold by the time I got home.
Needless to say that this was not the best foot chosen to be put forward this evening and I can only hope that this behavior be corrected and dealt with.
Awful experience. I ordered for delivery by phone, the woman took my order, and then I gave her my address and card info. Then 30 mins later I get a call from the driver who tells me she won’t deliver to me because I’m in auburn. I tried to even meet her halfway but she was sarcastic, insulting and blamed me for the mistake. Then tells me that she cancelled my order and I asked about the payment I already made and she said that it will be refunded to you when it’s refunded and you can wait. I asked to speak to a manager and she rudely tells me she is the general manager and needs to take care of her customers. Which is what I thought I was. She ultimately hung up on me. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. It was insulting, and the fact I didn’t get my money back in my opinion is stealing

They're pretty quick and have always gotten my orders right. I always do take-out, it's wildly cheaper than delivery.
