Normally love this place and always get the same thing when I send my coworkers in. I can't drink coffee or it gives me stomach issues so I sent her in to get my normal drink and my other coworkers drinks and she told them frost for my drink and they made it a freeze. This isn't the first time it's happened and its frustrating. Especially that I wasted my money for something that we don't have to time to come back and fix.

I come here just about everyday and almost always have the best service, David especially makes sure to make you feel special! My only complaint is a new male barista that is very rude, i’ve had more than one of these encounters with him and it’s getting a little disappointing because I love the energy most dutch baristas bring to my day:/ Otherwise this is the best dutch bros in the valley

Love dutch bros but as someone who works early and tries to find a place to get coffee im not thrilled the hours are not right. Online when I go to work on the weekends it says that dutch bros is the only place open thats including the app. Unfortunately thats not true and the hours are wrong. I went to get coffee before work since everything says they are open and they are infact closed. Would be nice if your hours were correct online. Wish you would be open the times it says that you are.

I’ve been coming here for a long time but lately have found myself reluctant to go. I went today and was reminded why. I sat in line for almost 10 minutes waiting for my drinks. It was not this bad a couple years ago, I have no idea what happened but this specific location’s quality has gone significantly downhill. If you need to go anywhere after getting a coffee avoid this place at all cost, it will make you late to work or any event. The drink quality isn’t even worth the wait, heck, even if the drink quality was that of three years ago it still would not be worth the current wait times.

The music’s always been loud, which is fine normally but more recently it’s been louder than usual. To the point, I can’t even hear them while they’re trying to talk to you/take your order. They’re just yelling conversation back-and-forth and more so hanging out with each other than actually working. The last few times were bad experiences, Can’t hear them talk to me, even with them hanging half out the window, just getting my drink order incorrect and then some of their nail polish chipped into one of my drinks. It’s just really gone downhill for me. But They are still friendly kids at least.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this location!! They are always so kind and helpful, even when we come pretty close to closing. They always go above and beyond to serve customers! I’ve been coming here for years and I have never had a bad experience or a bad drink! I would highly recommend getting your drinks here!

I'm addicted to the chocolate, hazelnut truffle frost! Yum We have 2 places here in Lewiston, Idaho, but we also go across the bridge to Clarkston, Washington, such great kids with such positive attitudes .
Dietary restrictions: Low fat or almond milk. Very helpful. Did I mention that after a few visits, they remember you and can recommend something for you to try? That's usually right on the money.
