Worst service and meal not good at the Main Street Grill this weekend. Had to ask for our salad and other items that we ordered and even had to request forks but was only brought a plastic on which was not easy to use when cutting into steak for a dinner over 80 bucks you would think that you could at least get usable silverware. server did not even clear salad plates etc. food was dry and over cooked will not be going back. when I talked to manager server came over and started to argue.

In the past, I used Happy Day Eats alot. But they no longer delivery to the Clarkston Heights which is super disappointing and frustrating considering how many of the restaurant's they own and how small our community is!! Please bring service back to us!!!

At Tomatoes Brothers, our evening turned into a series of unsettling events orchestrated by Aria. Our waitress neglected us, leaving us dependent on the busboy for service. Yet, what followed was even more alarming: Aria chased us outside, demanding an 18% tip as if it were a ransom. To compound matters, my niece and daughter were unjustly accused of trespassing in the bar area, a claim they vehemently deny. Despite their innocence, they were subjected to Aria's unwarranted scolding. It's outrageous to be falsely accused and treated with such disrespect. If Tomatoes Brothers wishes to enforce rules about children in certain areas, they should ensure fairness and accuracy. Aria's aggressive pursuit to our car, threatening us over a tip, crossed a line. Under duress, my friend reluctantly acquiesced and tipped 20% after being told we couldn't leave without complying. This experience was not only frustrating but also left us feeling coerced and undervalued as customers. Establishments should uphold integrity and respect towards all patrons, without resorting to intimidation tactics like those displayed by Aria.

Had a great time collaborating with Happy Day Restaurants. Their teamwork made everything a breeze. Thanks for partnering with us, and we’re excited for what’s next!

If your app would work so we can order, your restaurants serve decent food. However since the app doesn't like my address, it auto populates the address then gives an error message saying it's not a valid address. Also my address is not 1579, 1581 it's just 1581. Putting both my number and my neighbors has confused your drivers before, and apparently now you just won't deliver here because it's "not a valid address". Either fix your app or lose a loyal customer.

Monday April 8th.Birthday dinner using our Happy Day birthday card,BOGO. I got the braised beef pappardelle and it was "to live for" as my husband says, fresh pasta with tender all day cooked beef and sauce sooo good. And the take home leftovers still wonderful. My husband loved his P&S calzone as well. The Tiramisu was great as usual. My husband's calzone,P&S was great. The waitress and other wait staff were excellent friendly and knowledgeable. And our waitress wasn't too busy to take our picture either.

It seems like every time we go inside to eat, it takes longer and longer to get our order. There are not that many people inside, maybe 5 couples. I am talking about tacotime on 21 St., Lewiston.

When placing a delivery order, it states "up to 30 minutes". After submitting payment, it changes to up to "55 minutes". You're lucky to get it within an hour. Just got a call from the driver, telling me it would be 75-80 minutes for 4 entrees. I am doubtful it will be 100% correct and no compensation for the delay.

I really shouldn't have to make a login and password to order a damn pizza online.

I ordered food from Zanys a week ago. After an hour I got the wrong food. Waited another half an hour for the right food. Which is fine. Mistakes happen. However, I have ordered food from Zanys again this evening. It’s been two and a half hours. My food still hasn’t come. Not even the wrong food this time. Just no food. I called where they dispatch from out of southway. They have no record of my transaction ever going through but the money has come out of my account. Nearly $100. Never again.

Food: 4

We always do Zanys on every Friday. They lost power so we went to Southway. Big mistake!! Our lunch took over 45 minutes to get while others who ordered after us got their meal. Our meal was so late my daughter had to return to work before our food arrived. I'll Try Zanys again but no way will I substitute Southway ever!!
