After trying way too many coffee spots, I finally found my match ☕️ Hot Shots seriously makes it perfect every time

Very friendly. They know exactly what I like when I pull up. They get my coffee done quick and they always make my coffee good Everytime! I go almost every morning. Thank you all for what you do and know exactly what I want when I pull up to the window! 😃☕

Very good coffee and service with a smile. The americano I ordered was very very hot, as it should have been, but the lid was not affixed properly and it spilled all over my hands as I tried to grasp it, burning me. This company needs to give its staff better quality lid+cup combos and the staff needs to put coffee cup sleeves on their cups instead of doubling the cups when the coffee is hot.

Every time I get coffee here, the shots are burnt. All of my firends love this place for other drinks, however if you like coffee or chai teas, maybe this is not the best place for you. :(

So I show up just for my coffee. Well it became a childish interaction with question of am I single. Her grandma needs a man apparently. I reply back I'm only here for my coffee. It kept going on. I Began to roll up my window to get out of this childish dating situation. I finally said I'm going to the other place. I went and got my coffee from Jave Stop on21st. This is not the first time to have this type of childish behavior at these coffee stands. Not good.

Waited in line for forever no cars in line on other side. 1 car in front of me and when they finally pulled out they never did hand them a drink. So what were they just talking and making us wait. Then they hand our drinks to us tells us the wrong drinks as she handed them to us. Waited 20 minutes and drinks messed up.
