They are always super friendly. Some of them remember my drink and I even got it brought out to my car once when the line was really long....that's above and beyond... the best customer service!!!!

While waiting for my coffee order to be filled, the barista at the other window was helping her customer and I couldn’t help but notice the very short shorts she was wearing. So as she was bending over to hand out the coffee order..her butt cheeks were showing and then when she stood back up straight…there went her fingers to pull down her shorts . This was pretty disgusting and I was glad she wasn’t filling my order because I know she didn’t go wash her hands afterwards. This occurred Friday , May 30th.

I use to be a frequent flyer there until tonight - horrible customer service and crappy attitude from the Lady doing the drive thru..mess up my order (for the second time) so I call to ask if something had changed about their food before I state that there's an issue and the lady answered an said I would need to drive all the way back for them to fix there mistake of which they argued with me about it saying " the cook said she put it on there" which anyone could see that was a lie. ..my lady takes it back since I had just got home from work to relax n clean up. they took it back seeing that she did in fact mess it up and then threw it away (wasting it ) and after seeing that they messed up, apologizing to my Lady and gave her replacement that has to much an is almost inedible. just sad. I'm going to express my opinion about this event to everyone(born n raised here in valley so I know lots of your customers). sad since I too have been going there several times a week $$$ since opened the cafe, BUT NO MORE - I won't be going back and won't be using them for my gifts (gift cards) for work or anyone anymore.

Went through the line and got a hot coffee when I got to Sunset park and picked it up the lid wasn't on and it worked l spilled all over the place. After cleaning up I went back and explained what happened and she charged me again!! I will not be back
