I came in from out of town. Saw this place had Biscuits and Gravy on their breakfast menu. My son got the bagel breakfast sandwich.
Biscuits seem to be homemade and the half order is priced well ($5). Irish Creme latte is better than some other places and coffee was better than most corporate chains.
Staff was extremely friendly. Their were some locals hanging out and chatting which made the place feel comfortable and welcoming. Overall atmosphere was enjoyable. Glad I stopped in, definitely on my "need to return list" when I come back to Lewiston.

Generally the drinks are what I buy and they are good. I have gotten incorrect orders or drinks that are supposed to be hot are only lukewarm

The water tastes weird, maybe because it's tap water at least that's what the barista gave us. And they forgot my friends drink then made the wrong size. So it was not the best service.

All locations were the best, but the past year all 3 Orchards locations have had inconsistently made lattes, except by a few barstas. Coffee tastes like it's burnt or reused grounds. Took it to cafe and they made me another one, which tasted great, but shouldn't have to do that. I've been a regular customer since they opened and today is my last purchase.

The customer service was virtually nonexistent. I ordered a coffee with cream and sugar plus a piece of banana bread. I received a black coffee and no banana bread . We had to ask for simple things, such as warming the bread, butter, plastic utensils, etc. I think we had to go back to ask for things we had ordered (not kidding) 10 times. The blank looks from the staff were annoying. A big disappointment. Not going back.

My review is based on personal taste so please do t let this keep you from going. I personally just did not like it. During my visit people didn't seem passionate about their jobs and my drink wasn't all that great I would rate it the same as a Starbucks ( again I'm not a fan.) Though I know people's personal taste varies and ma y people really do enjoy this place

I was going through the drive thru, and my car all of a sudden just went awol on me, but these guys had no problem helping me out, they pushed my car out of the drive thru and into a parking spot and then one of them helped me get it up and running again. Couldn’t be more thankful and the coffee is top tier I go here all the time. The mudbog is the best
The sandwich I ordered wasn't bad, but it wasn't extraordinary either.I had ordered a coffee drink that I regularly order at this place, but it seemed to have been made differently as it tasted like a whole cup of sugar was dumped into it.The service was slightly lacking, but I also understand being busy and understaffed.The atmosphere felt somewhat bland.
