Excellent morning drinks served by kind & very accommodating staff. My Iced Mochas and Iced Caramel Machiatos are always mixed right. I highly recommend going to Hot Shots for a well-made coffee & a relaxed atmosphere with excellent service at the right prices. We'll done Hot Shots Staff, well done!
So I am 1000 percent a hot shots lady, however I went to the smaller one on bryden twice on Saturday September 13th once in the morning and once later in the afternoon coffee was great both times, the young lady in the morning like normal super sweet super engaging......

I went to the little shop down the road from the big hot shots and they had rock hard bagels no toaster no butter knifes for the cream cheese like what the heck

I'm really sad to have to leave this review. However I just tried Hotshots Cafe for the first time, and sadly I was so disappointed. After waiting for the guy at the counter to put his cell phone down my wife and I both ordered salads to go after hearing how great their salads were. Mine came first to the window and driving separately I just grabbed it and headed home only to discover it was made wrong. Wrong toppings and dressing (my fault for not checking before I left) however during this time my wife waited for a while, before having to ask where hers was to which the girl making the salad all but admitted to forgetting it. Once it was made it was wrong and when asked to remake it the girl developed some attitude with her. Once she was on the road home it dawned on her she didn't check it the second time pulled over, and opened it up and wouldn't you know it was still wrong. Living 20+ miles out of town we just delt with it this time but I'm not sure if I'd ever recommend getting a salad from there after this experience unfortunately.

I came in from out of town. Saw this place had Biscuits and Gravy on their breakfast menu. My son got the bagel breakfast sandwich.
Biscuits seem to be homemade and the half order is priced well ($5). Irish Creme latte is better than some other places and coffee was better than most corporate chains.
Staff was extremely friendly. Their were some locals hanging out and chatting which made the place feel comfortable and welcoming. Overall atmosphere was enjoyable. Glad I stopped in, definitely on my "need to return list" when I come back to Lewiston.
