I just moved up here. I have eaten at countless Jack in the Box's in Nevada and California. This is by far the worst Jack in the box I have ever encountered. I ve been here three times, the service is ridiculously slow, I have literally waited in the drive thru for 47 minutes. The food order all 3 times has been wrong when I get home. I don't know what the issue is at this location but corporate seriously needs to come do a deep dive because this is awful. I love Jack in The Box but whatever is happening at this Lewiston store is absolutely unacceptable.

Everytime I go there there’s this girl that works with blonde and brown hair she has the most attitude and rudeness and the food is always nasty like they spit in it or something never again

Been going to Jacks since Jack 1 opened w/grandparents. Worked at Jack 2 and Jack 34. Food seemed to go downhill lately as well as way over priced. But loosing their main draw of 99 cent 2 tacos is the last straw. I hardly never order just tacos. Very disappointed!

This place sucks. I had to wait a half an hour for one burger cold fries and they didn't even give me ketchup and I was the first one in line

I door dashed an order 3 different times each time it was wrong someone else in my workplace door dashed from here had the same issues no phone number to contact the store so i didn’t even get the right order in the end and the food I got I was unable to eat pretty disappointed
