Took over an hour to get an order via drive thru.... Had to call to get them to start doing drive thru orders and just seemed full of excuses not apologizes and working hard. Car in front of me sat 15+ mins to get their order taken, then same with me. They were ignoring drive thru and handling inside orders only. To where drive thru got severely backed up as well. Got to the window and they were just standing around... Someone needs to get a genuine manager in that place or at least teach their employees how to balance everything better when busy. Would give a ZERO star if I could lol. Will avoid this place like the plague now....

This jack in the box always has fresh food.We come all the way down from pullman washington and usually try to make a point of going to this location because it is just a bajillion times better. The service was mediocre, but the food was spectacular. So thank you for that.

this place is the worst. I ate a taco and there was hair in the taco now the tacos are really bad. The regular fries taste like cardboard, and their nuggets taste like total cat meat🤮. also the burger I ate there was undercooked. This place has a seriously shut down and get rebranded into a Carl's Jr. Or Popeyes because it is just not it.

JD and Dad's Hunting videos

Sat in the drive thru line without moving for several minutes, even though there were only 2 cars in front of us, so we decided to go inside instead. Still too more than 15 minutes to get our order taken and get our food. The burger was stone cold, and the order was wrong. The fries were even colder than the burger, and the container was only half full. All around a very underwhelming experience.

Ordered off the Jack In The Box app. Order got here with in the time frame. However, my burger was completely wrong, ordered a smash burger got a chicken burger, my fries were supposed to be curly fries but got regular fries, and my husband's drink was missing. So looking forward to my smash burger! Tried to call but the line was busy

Ordered 2 double combo jack meals tonight, had to repeat myself 4 times in drive thru. Then Got home and missing 1 of 2 fries! Ridiculous with how slow they were at the moment. And I could visibly see at least 5 employees.

I ordered through the website for delivery while my family and I were getting ready for somewhere we had to go. The website delivery goes through doordash. When it arrived, 2 burgers were missing. Doordash told me to contact the store and they'd pick it up for me. I called, and the store said they couldn't do anything about it and to call doordash. The order never showed up in my doordash. Then, I call doordash customer service. She tried calling the store 3 times and it rang once and hung up every time. I tried, and it did the same, 5 times. At one point it was just a few beeps, as if it were out of service. So now, I'm out the money and the food. Corporate office was closed so I sent an email. $25 is what I paid for 3 burgers with a tip and delivery fee. I will never go here again, and im honestly not sure how they are still open with all of the issues they're known for in this valley.

Drive through person was extremely rude, and impatient and unprofessional. If you’re having a bad day, don’t insult the nice customer, well was nice until she slammed the drive through window and said this guy is irritating me even tho I was just trying to explain I had 2 orders. Every experience here is a gamble of bad people and genuinely good but the manager needs to monitor their employees this is not acceptable… this happened at 6:20 PM on October 17th. You should really check the cameras

I’m acknowledging to express my disappointment with the customer service I received at your drive-thru location on the night of October 16, 2025 after 11.
My passengers and I went through the drive-thru twice to place separate taco orders. During our second visit, the staff refused to take our second order and insisted we drive around again, despite there being no other customers in line. The manager on duty was dismissive, appeared more focused on his phone than assisting us, and responded with a snotty attitude when I tried to explain our situation.
Additionally, the crew working that night made inappropriate comments related to internal drama involving another employee, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable for us as customers.
This experience was frustrating and far below the standard of service I expect. I hope you will address this issue with the staff involved and take steps to improve customer service at this location.

The manager here is GOAT'd he was able to help me with a problem with my debit card cuz I was from out-of-state and my union doesn't reach Idaho, so I bought extra food as a way of saying thanks. He and his staff were great, food was up to par, parking lot had plenty of space, place was great.
