We went here for dinner around 6:30 ish and it was like I walked into a teenagers room. The worker had all his little buddies in there sitting at a table. When we walked in they didn’t greet us at all and walked up to the counter after we waited for him. He was in short shorts and slides 🤮 then more of his buddies came in behind us and he gave them free food and drinks. I asked for a side of the kicking ranch sauce and he dropped it on the floor picked it back up put it BACK IN THE FRIDGE and gave me another cup. At lease subway has uniforms and more manners.

Ridiculous!! $13 for a sandwich and they dont tell you they're out of the star ingredient until its made paid for and you're picking it up. Then on top of that the bread is 2 yes that's TWO inches wide and hard as a rock. Do not suggest this place at all!

I have never eaten at a Jimmy John's that was this slow. There were 7 or 8 people behind the counter and we were the only people in the store. It took a very long time for us to receive our order. The person that brought the order out to our table even apologized for being so slow. This was terribly slow service, not freaky fast as advertised. I will not waste my time going to this place again.

I went in to jimmy John’s yesterday around 3:40ish. I don’t think I will ever be going there again due to the horrible customer service I got from I believe the manager she was wearing white shorts that you could almost see her butt in them and blonde dish reddish hair she definitely should be wearing pants in a environment with food. She was just so rude and I asked for my receipt and she would not give it to me my sandwich was messed up also. Need to get a better employee that actually cares about the job

Make sure you paw through your order at the restaurant and know it's correct, becuase your SOL on a refund if you leave and call it in. Also if you order on doordash, it's a 50/50 if it shows and don't expect a refund you may just be charged 20 plus for a phantom order

Went about two weeks ago, and again today. Two weeks ago, I sat in the drive-thru for about 2 minutes before anyone said anything to me on the intercom. When they eventually did, what they said was “Hello it’s gonna be about 10 minutes before we can take your order”. Okay. Even though I was the only person at the restaurant. I wait. Get my sandwich, which was supposed to be toasted. Get home, it’s not toasted. Whatever.
Today, I pull into the drive-thru. Crickets. No greeting or anything. I wait for one full Bilmuri song, so about 3 1/2 minutes. Nothing. I say “Hello”? No response. I wait two more minutes. Nothing. There is no one else in the drive-thru and no customers inside the building. I pull around to the front and see three teenage…”employees”…just standing around behind the cash register, shooting the shit and doing nothing. I leave.
I don’t know how this place still exists. It is clearly just a bunch of 17 year olds doing everything they can to avoid doing any actual work. Do not go here if you value your time.
