Clearly, they have a problem with management because the place is always closed due to no employees, why is everywhere else have employees but you guys don’t? obviously you guys need someone new to run the place

It’s 2 PM and they’re already closed. They’ve only been open since 1030 this morning. I understand having issues with staffing but they’re supposed to be open till 10 PM. How is business able to do business if they can’t even keep their doors open. I love their sandwiches, but this is gotta be the worst sandwich shop.

This place is definitely closed but still taking online orders and not fulfilling them. Their voicemail is full too, so you gotta go through corporate to get your money back. My order was during their normal hours too for pickup, but there were no signs on the business saying they were closed. Pretty sleazy.

Food was good tasted fresh just hard to believe 3 sandwiches and a large Coke is almost 35 bucks now!
Ordered a #7 sandwich with extra sauce and oregano and extra Jimmy peppers. By the time I received the order the sandwich is completely soaked with oil and vinegar to where it is leaking from through the paper wrapper and through the bag itself. They gave me another sandwich which is a lot better than the first one I received but the attitude and integrity of some of the workers needs to be checked cause unfortunately, this is the last time I’m ordering from this franchise the pictures you see below is how I received my sandwich. Very disappointing

Came of the hiway for lunch walked in saw 5 staff closing the store putting everything away asked to leave because they said they didn’t have enough staff to stay open at 1:30 in the afternoon
