I was so excited to visit again after several years and bring my boyfriend (who is visiting from out of the country). I had bragged about the food leading up to our visit there. Unfortunately I was so disappointed. We called to order takeout food ahead of arriving but there was no answer. Showed up and it was not busy at all. Ordered our food and waited at least 25 minutes before I asked if they knew how much longer it might be. The young lady came back with food shortly after my request (I think it may have been sitting).
I knew right away the quality of the food was nothing like it use to be. The portions were smaller, the food was barely warm, and as we ate we realized everything was quite bland. $9.99 for the mac and cheese onion ring bites and you get 6, 3 of those were very small. These use to be my absolute favorite but they didn't have any flavor this time 😔 the burgers were okay but sadly I don't think KCs is the best burgers around anymore and I use to swear by that. I'm not sure if management changed or something else but I hope they learn and grow.

Had $50 worth of takeout, the mac and cheese onion rings were great but half of them were very tiny. The jalepeno popper burger also great but only 1 popper on it even though menu says “poppers”. Seems like corners were cut. Alot of potential but definitely not getting moneys worth. A little disappointed.

Got a drink I did not like and ordered something different, they took the first drink off my tab when I was expecting to still pay for it, food was great too and liked the atmosphere it was quit and not crazy busy super friendly staff as well

Always on top in my experience For a great burger or gourmet burger, this is the place to go in the LC Valley. You won't leave hungry Our server was pleasant, attentive, and handled the early lunch rush that came in behind us expertly Nice diner atmosphere plus small bar seating
My boyfriend and I were served a moldy bun. Waitress was very sweet & apologetic. She took it back to get it “remade”. Came back 30 seconds later with a new bun slapped on it and a lot less toppings that had came off with the moldy bun.

We have always stopped after riding horses all day, eat a good dinner abd head home. Stopped today and everyone at are table got their meal but me. Staff acted like oh well we are cooking it. 20 minutes goes by and nothing. Finally a lady from the bar came and talked wirh us. I finally got my milkshake after everyone else had ate. It should of been free but she gave me 50% off like that would cover me not getting my meal. I asked for silverware and nothing my other daughter had to go up to the counter and get it. Sorry but I will not be back.

6/15/25 at 2:00. Worst experience ever!!! My family and I have ate there alot. It used to be one of our favorite spots to stop after shooting practice. Today we got the worst service ever. We never got silverware when asked. My mom never got her meal. They didn't come and check on us. We will never be back. If you are going to have young girls working on a day like this you need someone supervising. We finally had a young lady say she was sorry and would talk to the owner.
