Came in for the complimentary Continental breakfast provided with our room. Did not expect such a tasty and hearty offering. Then we were seated in the Meriwether's restaurant and served like we were full dining guests. The service was attentive, fast, and intuitive. Great service! I will be back just to eat at the restaurant.
The food was wonderful. The prices are reasonable. The service is good. I ordered the Flat Iron 6 oz steak and it was perfectly done. My companion ordered the Ruban Sandwich and loved it. The menu has a nice variety of items. It was hard to choose.
This was hands down some of the best food we’ve ever had. We’re traveling over to kooskia from Portland and stayed here in Lewiston overnight. We got to the hotel and did the normal thing of looking around for dinner. Stumbled on this bistro inside the hells canyon hotel and wow - so glad we did! We got the pretzels, boneless wings, side salad, and the hummus plate. It was to die for! It was honestly so good we had to have it for breakfast the next morning.
