Lol this is funny so I ordered a pizza and I didn't think I had to choose what kind of sauce I wanted when it's obvious most pizzas are made with tomato sauce so I got a pizza without tomato sauce when it got delivered. It tastes basically like a chip with pepperoni.

Ordered takeout at 5pm while on the road for pickup at 630. An hour and a half ahead of time.
Got to the restaurant with two tired kids and pizzas didn't come out till after 7pm. Not sure what the point of planning that far ahead is worth if the pizza is almost 40 minutes late.

Very frustrating experience on all parts. Stood in line waiting to order and we got called around to the second person who said they would take our order. I was expecting to be able to tell them my order as they made it like everybody else got to, but i was just asked "what do you want?" My wife recited her order, and the employee started writing it down. I admit i was overly frustrated, being hot and hungry, and got irritated that they werent willing to make it as we went so i got upset and said id wait until i could have it made as we went. The employees helped the next in line and started staring at us and whispering, which was even more frustrating. To avoid further issues, we decided to leave. My son started acting up on the way out and i got upset with him. A customer followed us outside even though we were leaving starting to yell if there was a problem and started provoking us. He came out several times, and an employee came out also, even though we left on our own causing no conflict. I just wanted to make it my own because i was uncertain what i wanted and i felt very rushed and put off from the start.
Love MOD Pizza! Especially when everyone in your family has different tastes and preferences.
