Service was absolutely horrible, with the waitress I had. I'm sorry to say that but it's true. Was seated, waited 25min for our waitress to take our order, then at least the same time for our food to arrive. Then enjoyed some delicious food. When it came time to pay the bill, oh my goodness waited for 35min to even pay. I had to ask a different waitress who just came on shift to even pay my bill, then finally after 10min after asking a different waitress was finally able to pay and leave.

Waited at front desk watching three EE argue over sitting for 20 minutes. Got seated waited another 10 minutes for waiter to show. Ordered drinks waiting another 10 minutes to receive but no they forgot, after another 5 minutes got drinks. Ordered , waited another 15 minutes for meal, arrived cold, asked for second round of drinks, got on tray with main course hot water for clam chowder. Still no drinks and a no biscuits. Second around arrives towards end of meal the meal arrived cold. Finished meal asked for dessert one more drink and bill waited another 10 minutes. Red lobster did a piss poor job tonight. And to top it all off you have the gull to ask for 20% tips or better. So all that being said be a long while before I spend a 100 plus in your restaurant again. You want it earn it.

Waited 45min for our server to check on us and refill biscuits. Well over and hour for our meals and this was at 230pm. Wait was blamed on a large order, or something. But the place definitely didn't look very busy. Once the food arrived it was good, but the wait spoiled the mood so we finished up and left. Did receive a discount for the wait though.

Staff friendly and welcoming. Waitress was very pleasant and attentive. She answered questions and recommended items at our request. Steak was cooked perfectly. Cheddar biscuits and ginger brussel sprouts were amazing.

My fiancé and I were seated at about 6:15 pm and completely ignored by all wait staff. There were about 10 other tables sat in the whole restaurant. After about 25 minutes the hostess came back and asked if we’d been helped yet and finally took our drink, appetizer and entree order herself since our server didn’t seem to want to help us. We waited another 15 minutes before we flagged her down again and asked about our drinks. She went to check on them and came back and told us they hadn’t been put in yet but they’re being worked on now. 5 minutes later, our drinks arrive but still no appetizer. After another 20 minutes or so we’d finally had enough and stood up and asked to pay for our drinks and leave. The manager on site went and checked on the progress of our meals but we just wanted to leave at that point. It was 7:20 when we left. We were there for a little over an hour and never even got our appetizer and we only got our drinks because we begged for them. The hostess was the best part of our experience, she was polite, apologetic and even offered suggestions of other restaurants. Our “server” said a total of maybe 10 words to us the entire time we were there. A very upsetting experience unfortunately. March 19, 2024

Service is very slow. Should not have taken more than 30 minutes just to get our order taken. Especially since there were only 2 other tables. No busy at all. Had to leave before my food came out due to having an appointment. I will never go back. If you go, expect a long visit.

I have been a long-time fan of Red Lobster. This Lewiston location, I am NOT a a fan. We ate at 3 pm on a Wednesday. We sat quickly as there were only 2 other tables with people. We got water with a fly in it. Clam chowder was a soup. Not chowder. Also lacking flavor, mostly looked like milky water with greasy stuff floating on top. We did order an appetizer that came out many minutes after our actual meal, so we took it to go. Ultimately, we tossed the lobster pizza because it was not edible. My meal came with a salad. I ended up taking one bite, finding brown slimey lettuce and huge hard chunks of the inner part of the lettuce. We waited for fresh biscuits, which were gummy due to being undercooked. My husband's meal of fried food was mostly edible.Considering I ordered clam chowder, salad, and biscuits for my lunch, and it was mostly inedible, I'd say the two star is relevant.Our waitress was kind. I didn't ask for a discount and tipped based on service, not the food. She did give us 10% off our bill without prompting. But 50 bucks for lunch that was mostly inedible is a joke.

Service was so terrible!! The waitress must of been having a bad day, we had endless shrimp and I asked what a bowl of chowder would cost me and she didn't know and said corporate changed the pricing all the time and she would send her manager over to answer my question. After waiting a spell the manager shows up and answers our question. So now we've been here 20 minutes and waitress comes back and we re ordered for some reason. Took forever to get our food and never saw our waitress again for over a half hour!! So I asked another waitress where our waitress was and five minutes later she came to our table and I said I ordered an all you can eat shrimp what gives? My wife and I love the red lobster in courdelene and the wait staff are awsome especially Kelly !!! We will never eat at Red lobster in lewiston again terrible service.

My family and I had an awesome waiter! He had a great attitude and checked on us often to make sure that we had what we needed! They were extremely fast and friendly! They also have crayons and pictures to color for kids and even computer games to play on the tables while u wait! We will definitely be goin back!!Parking: Plenty of free parking!!Kid-friendliness: Crayons and pictures to color..computer games on tables!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. They are right in front of the doors to go inside!
