Actually, we weren't disappointed; well-baked crispy thin crust pizza is what we like ?
Pizza and pasta were super tasty. Worth the 45 minute wait.

Lack of hygiene, lack of professionalism, just lacking overall. Absolutely disgusting breaches of health code etiquette with a utter disregard.Let me clarify since the restaurant replied in a poor attempt to redirect blame:I ordered a pizza, arrived at the time it was supposed to be done. And the 2 staff behind the counter cursed realizing they had forgotten the pizza in the oven. The pulled the blackened pizza out of the oven, then told me they would make another one. From there, a third staff member got up from a table, where they had been using a personal device and running their hand through their hair. Went behind the counter and continued to run their hands through their hair. Then without even washing their hands or using gloves, began making another pizza. Touching every part of it with their hands. Completely In disregard to me watching.I told the staff that I was passing on the pizza and left.Hence why there is no receipt. Who would purchase a food product made under those circumstances? Not I.I don’t blame the staff, as clearly this is a lack of proper management. Good luck!
Riccardo's makes use of the fact that there are very few people acquainted with real, decent, Italian food in this valley to use mediocre ingredients to create a lackluster product, and then slap the word Italian on the side of the box so people will buy it just on the basis of word recognition. Reminiscent of a frozen pizza, this is the kinda food my Nonna Marie would eat with a grimace and a shrug, like, "Hey, at least it ain't chopped liver." Staff was prompt, polite; I would have given three stars, but they've got no public restroom. Odd hours makes Riccardo's an anomaly among other similar restaurants, it's probably not worth the trouble of trying to catch them when they're open, just go buy yourself a Digorno and call it a night, non me ne frega niente.
Parking: Plenty of spots.
Wheelchair accessibility: High tables make this less than ideal for ppl in wheelchairs.
I have had to give a star to post but my rating is actually zero stars. Our pizza was burnt and over cooked. Terrible. Probably not going back.
We called in a carryout order for a Taco and German pizza on Saturday @8pm, got home and realized that it was missing toppings. The bottom was also burnt. We tried calling at 8:40pm, but they had already turned off their phone. I went in on Monday, the next day they were opened, to ask for a refund or replacement. The best they could do was a 20% discount on a future order. This is the second time in a row we have gotten a pizza with missing toppings. If we're paying almost $30 for 1 pizza I think it would be reasonable to expect that it comes with all the toppings.
5his place is a lotblike fazzaris. Thin crust but still holds up. Top notch ingredients and yummy pizzas. I used to own a bar and grill with a wood fire pizza oven and this definitely hit the spot and reminded me of the pizzas I used to serve
Delicious pizza. I’ll eat it anytime, from a casual Tuesday to our wedding night (yes we had Riccardo’s on our wedding night)
Delivery was fast and the delivery driver was very kind. The pizza we ordered was a half and half custom combo and was perfectly accurate. The pizza was off the charts delicious and is the best in Lewiston Idaho.I highly recommend this restaurant for their authentic Italian cuisine of pizza, pastas and salads.Their menu is easily accessed on their website.
Ordered 2 pizzas tonight. Hawaiian and The House. Great amount of toppings and awesome cracker crust! Chatted with the owner while we waited for our food. Super nice guy. They were dealing with a staffing shortage but we still got served in 30 minutes. We'll be back.

Order pizza from here tonight. It was good and the service was friendly and great. On could use a bit more sauce on it but I also know that's just the way thay make it.
I read quite a bit about this place being similar to the great pizza place across the river in Clarkston, it is not the same. The pizza is just OK, but hard to justify the price for OK pizza. Do yourself a favor and take the extra 10 to 15 minutes to go across the bridge and enjoy the valley's top rated pizza for the same price point.Edit : I decided to give Riccardo's a second chance, the pizza is just not up to par, which makes it very expensive for a mediocre pie. Additionally, I read through the Google reviews, and the owner's responses to many of the lower ratings are somewhat childish and unprofessional - just tell folks you're sorry they had a bad experience and ask what can be done to improve the experience...
I am so pleased that people have placed the appropriate reviews regarding this pizza establishment, Thankfully all is true in regards to the negative comments left and i could not agree any more, It is unfortunate the owners attitude compares to the food quality poor inedible and so disappointing if you understood the meaning of A degree, usually denoted by °, is a measurement of a plane angle in which one full rotation is 180 you will do exactly that and end up with your back to their front door and go in the opposite direction
I ordered a pizza from this establishment a few weeks ago. When it was delivered it was cold and appeared burned. It was unpalatable. I called Riccardo's Italian Pizzeria and let them know I was dissatisfied and was told I would have a call back from the Manager/Owner. I have heard nothing from him.
Worst pizza I ever had, burnt crust and no flavor at all. Had better pizza at the bowling alley.
