Customer service is absolutely top notch! Quality was incredible. Husband had peaches and cream, I had the unicorn 🤤 Both were delicious and beautiful. As we were leaving we were offered a huckleberry lemonade and a green apple Red Bull blast on the house😳❤️💐 I would have gladly paid they were delicious. My daughter (22) and her boyfriend went a couple days later, after she evacuated for the fires in Juliaetta, they received theirs for “no charge”. No reason given as to why. They never even mentioned the fires. But my daughter was beyond grateful and touched by their generosity and kindness. A+++++++

The atmosphere here was very, cold, to say the least. There were very friendly people (or snow people I should say?) here, and accessible snowballs to make snowmen as well! Although the place is nice, there are Snowders everywhere! They attacked me and wouldn't budge off.

This is our new favorite spot to get a special treat for our family. The shaved ice is so soft and smooth, much better than the ice used in the sno cones I grew up with. The best items on the menu are the special flavors with ice cream in the bottom - they are so indulgent and delicious! And the value/price is so good. The small size is more than enough to eat for an adult before your mouth gets too cold! And a $2 kids size is a very reasonable amount to spend per kid - getting something special for our large family doesn’t break the bank here. I hope they do well and stick around for a long time!
