So far, I’ve spent 30 minutes waiting for three milkshakes on a call ahead mobile app waiting in the stall. It was nobody in the drive-through when we got here and then I got lined with seven cars and then two more cars came through and we’re still waiting

Went to get ice cream Blast’s and had to sit there for 20minutes for only them to come out with the wrong toppings, i then told them that they were mixed up and they got super irritated and took them to fix it well they only put ice cream in the cup with toppings on top and did not even mix the toppings together and ignored me as i called back again to ask why they did not mix it.

The food is good, but that’s where the good ends, especially if you are a delivery driver.
They have recently changed the way they prep delivery orders, and now you have to wait in line at the drive through window.
Today waited 11 minutes to get to the window which put the pickup time on the order 9 minutes late. When I did get to the window I asked for a drink carrier, the girl said “we can only give them out with 2 or more drinks.” This order had 2 drinks on it, she proceeded to “throw” the drinks into the drink carrier causing one of them to tip over, punctured the seal and started it leaking, then slammed the window shut and walked away.
In the last 6 months customer service at this location has drastically went down hill! I don’t know if it’s new management or just poor management that is causing it.
If you order for delivery, don’t expect it to be fast.
If you’re the delivery driver, don’t expect them to be polite and helpful!
