Seems like every car slot to order from is for door dash. I grew up in Oklahoma and Kansas. Loved sonic for that eating in car experience. Seems like now they just want you to use there drive thru window.

I haven't been to a Sonic since I moved from MO. 5 years ago. Stoped to get my fav Diet Cherry Limeade and added Fries. Talk about disappointed, fries were stale, must have been under the warmer for hours.. To far down the road to turn back. They always put a cherry at the bottom of my drink in Missouri, small disappointment but no Cherry.. Will think twice about stopping in around 3pm.

We came in after checking out the Lewiston light show at 6:30 and they told us that our order of a #5 and a #2 were gonna take a little bit to make.. so we assumed our dinner was gonna be spot on, we were so wrong… my husbands pattys were burned to the point where he fed one of them to the dog and my onion rings were burned as well. I know Sonic can do better than that…

Stopped and ordered 2 hamburgers and tots on Thursday, Nov 14th. The hamburgers were beyond overdone and got cold fries not tots. I always liked Sonic but now will NOT be back. $19.00 plus for horrible food which we could not eat.

My husband and I quite frequently stop to get a snack while we are out running errands, usually it is a grilled cheese sandwich. Today we stopped around 12:30 and got 2 grilled cheese which are normally very good; today I guess the cheese was extra because both of us got almost nothing on. 2 pieces of toasted bread.

On Halloween 2024, had a order that was $17.99. I had $16 cash and $2 on my debt card. I was told that they don't do split card payment. Which is completely bogus. Every place has a way to do split card payment. Food has always been good but laziness is not a excuse. Solution cancel the order and go home to make my own chilli cheese tots. Do not go here if you don't wanna argue with a bunch of teens that don't want to learn a basic cashier skill.

I waited 10 minutes at the speaker before anyone took my order. A friendly young lady that brought us our drink. The POS systems need updating. Took her five cards and seven different machines to get it to take one of my cards
