Paid for a 16 oz eggnog latter. Got a 12 oz . Also the eggnog tasted funny. I asked if they use real eggnog. They said no just a powder. She said Canada uses the real thing but not USA

Five stars excellent food, drinks and customer service!!!
I used to really like this location before the remodel. The baristas are still wonderful and very friendly. I cannot speak highly enough of the baristas. Unfortunately, the 2024 remodel transformed this from a place to sit and enjoy a coffee in a friendly atmosphere to basically a coffee waiting room. The comfortable seating has been replaced with a long, hard, uncomfortable pew-like bench. It seems really, really obvious that the redesign is intended to get drinks in hands and out the door as quickly as possible without customers lingering. Any atmosphere has been destroyed.

When finally they addressed the man at the counter, who felt like “the elephant in the room” their adverse reaction to eye contact was telling of the true disinterest they had for “him” which was me. Probably understaffed? Likely. Black coffee was good and the 10 minute wait for that and a microwaved croissant sandwich wasn’t worth the price and certainly not worth the feeling of being a bother to the employees.
I miss the humorous employees from 2019
