We have never received such a warm and welcoming experience in a fast food restaurant like we did today. Tyler is over the top AWESOME and we had the best time eating here because of Tyler. I love zips burgers and through cda and moscow and colfax have had awesome experience but this one is God awful. I just moved to the valley for a job in the orchards so I thought it would be awesome to stop by fairly regularly but every single time one here they wildly mess up my order. I have allergies that make ordering unrealistic through drive through so I order plain for convenience but this Is impossible for the employees here. I've gotten burgers with nothing but patties, I've gotten burgers with absolutely everything regardless of my order and everything I'm between. Came through at 4:00 and it still took over 15 minutes to even run my card and when i got home mu burger ince again had averything on it so i had to thriw away half the burger. This location is woefully run by people who don't seem to care.

I have been so impressed with this Zip’s. The food is good, the portions are generous and it is clean but the thing that really sets it apart is the amazing customer service!! It is so refreshing and appreciated! They really go above and beyond. The huckleberry shakes are our favorites.

Burnt fish sandwiches nasty be better do better cook right I won’t be going back. You can get onion rings right and you can get corndogs right but you can’t get fish right stop making fish sandwiches if you’re not gonna cook them correctly.

Cute little clean place with self-order kiosk that isn't over techy. A young couple may even enjoy a quiet affordable date inside.
