I ordered my first whopper at this location since I've been back in the US. It was really an incredible burger! I know some burger king locations aren't as good as others, but this location really treated us well and served us a delightful meal. It's definitely in the top five best burger king locations ive been to. Thanks guys!

Tyler the worker is a phenomenal worker and deserves a promotion and raise. It was a very busy Saturday morning and there was him and another worker and he was literally running around accommodating everyone while making amazing breakfast. thank you tyler!!!

I don’t know how it’s got a lower rating on google, if everyone got the same treatment we did it should be much higher. My daughter and I stopped and had great service, it was fast, accurate, and the restaurant was clean. Overall a great experience and I would recommend for a quick bite to eat.

We don't go to Burger King very often because in Pocatello it seems to be hit or miss. we tried the Malad Burger King really because it was our only option and we were pleasantly surprised. The coke fountain was really really good and not just carbonated water. The Whopper was on point. Fries were a little salty but still really good and fresh and my wife said our chicken sandwich was delicious so everything was good.

We went through the drive thru. There was a truck with one person in front of us, and no one else. We were told "one moment please" at the beginning. We waited for 10 minutes and no one answered, so we left. We definitely will not be stopping here again.

this one star is only for the lady that was working when i came in. everyone else was SO NICE but she was yelling at all of them for no reason and being incredibly rude to everyone else working. i could not work in such a horrible environment with someone yelling at me every 5 seconds.
