The burgers have more mustard than needed to cover up the taste. Plus people have to go to Chevron in the same building to use their microwave so they don't have to eat it cold. Extremely dirty and the manager is horrible.

Good old burger King food. We came in right at rush time and the staff were having issues with one of their grills. They were so polite and apologetic about the extra wait time.

Not the employee's fault. They were very understaffed. There were cars waiting and customers inside waiting for over 30 minutes.After placing an order online, and waiting for 45 minutes to get it, was told that their machine for ice cream was stopped for the day. They couldn't refund it, but I would have to go through the app for that. But nothing was offered to try to make it better. The customer in front of me was canceling their order and was told it was free because it was ready. One associate in the back was making food and putting on the warming area but wouldn't fill orders (not sure how this works, but the communication was bad too). There was an argument right in front of customers between the 2 employees that were there.Very disappointed in the trip there, as I could've been halfway home (1.5 hour drive) by the time I was told they couldn't have my order filled.

The workers here were super nice and even went the extra mile to help us with our payments. But the food was only warm-ish and the soda pop was out and they were out of ice. The pop they did have in stock was somewhat flat and the tables were gross and sticky. And there were flies everywhere! Disappointing food but nice people.
No one communicates here still am waiting over 16 minutes for a large fry and a 8pc nugget. Store has food all over the floor some of the staff look like they are filthy as well. We come here fairly often and never get our food in less then 10 minutes so much for fast food...

The morning manager took my order, and did a great job at communicating how long of a wait I would have for what I wanted. (He was willing to warm up their grill for me because we wanted hamburgers earlier than is typical.) He Came out to my vehicle while it was still warming to make sure I was still content with the wait. I felt like this exhibited stellar customer service. Food was fresh and delicious!

The guy in front off me waited 15 minutes to get one large fry, and then I waited 15 minutes for 3 PLAIN cheeseburgers and 3 fries. Because the food took so long, I asked for a refund. The manager treated me like I was being irrational for wanting my money back. To top it off, the food was cold too! Absolutely awful!
