An oasis on a long road trip. I had a fantastic latte and fresh-baked croissant. So good! Only open Fri-Sun though.
It’s Expensive, but it is so worth it.
The quality is amazing
Beautiful facility, incredible French pastry chefs and pastries. Amazing gelatos, everything real, no artificial anything

This is the best cheesecake I've ever eaten--leaves Cheesecake Factory in the Dust. Oksana has a true gift.

We drive 60 miles just to taste the many pastries they have available!! I have traveled a lot and the croissants are without a doubt THE Best I have ever had the pleasure to taste. The croissant bread pudding with the caramel sauce will have you coming back every week Hi Ho, hi my good boy good morning good morning day.
I highly recommend you do yourself a favor and try this little shop! Plus they have a great selection of tea and coffee products served with their own excellent honey! A must try👍👍

So I feel conflicted in writing this review. So I suppose the best way to tackle this is to write two, and it depends very much on you my dear reader. If you are an somewhat experienced foodie who has traveled abroad go to the second review, but if you are inexperienced and haven't traveled beyond Idaho and Utah, please read the first one.
First Review--Never Been Far From Home:
For small-town Idaho this little shop is unique and a bit unusual. You certainly wouldn't expect to find pastries this pretty in this part of the state. They are a welcome surprise and it would be nice to see more little shops like this pop up. The pastries are good and definitly above what you would find at your local grocery store, so do stop and treat yourself to a sweet treat.
Second Review--World Traveler and Foodie
Alright dear friends, if like me, you have been lucky enough to experience pastries in different countries and in large metropolitan cities, please be prepared to be somewhat disappointed. While these pastries do look lovely, they lack the imagination and the balance of flavors from European bakeries. I personally find the majority of the offerings too sweet for my taste and at times the flavors are not well-balanced--too sharp, too sweet, or too rich. So be warned before you go there and temper your expectations. Personally you would be better to wait and have superior pastries in Boise or you can find slightly better ones in Salt Lake City.

The baristas were very friendly and welcomed everyone who entered. They worked quickly to prepare our drinks and it was one of the best dirty chai’s I’ve had. We ordered nearly one of everything and I had such a hard time picking a favorite, the banana tart was so flavorful and the chocolate chip cookie was on point. Amazing treats. A welcome snack stop for my hungry family.
Kid-friendliness: I brought my family with 4 boys and they even helped us scoot some tables together so we could all share our treats.

Tried their hazelnut, dulce de leche, and Valrhona chocolate flavors, they're a bit pricey but totally worth it.

Super cute little cafe with Coffee, Pastries, and Gelato. We only got Gelato but it was creamy and delicious. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices. Local artist featured on the walls. Just a great little spot in a rural town, but close to freeway, so an easy stop for a quick treat. Only wish it was open weekdays too!
