A delightful discovery in a small town. We tried several pastries and they were all delicious. Wished for more gelato selection but the ones we had were great!
We had the salted caramel ganache, a pistachio strawberry cake and 2 gelatos.
We have lived in Europe and consider ourselves foodies- having spent a lot of time travelling for the purpose of eating. I would come back to this place each time I am in the area despite the price- the quality is awesome.
The cakes are about $10 each and worth every penny with flavors, ingredients, and taste very reminiscent of Europe. Very well balanced and layers of complexity
The gelato was ok. Something was off on the texture, but the flavor of the hazelnut was a great. A little expensive for a kids size to be honest.
Service was great and the atmosphere was very nice - unexpected in small town Idaho.
I didn’t try any of the pastries. Maybe next time,…
I saw a billboard for this adaptable coffee shop on a road trip and it did not disappoint. The flavors were delicious, atmosphere and music was on point and the outdoor patio so cute. Will always visit when driving through.
Such great baked goods and gelato.
I absolutely love coming here. The hazelnut gelato is great, and I cannot stop raving about the chocolate chunk cookie. Everything I've tasted at Ganache has been perfection. The atmosphere is very cozy, with artwork on the walls and a nice seating area.
Yummy oatmeal milk latte!
The baristas were very kind and the desserts were delicious. They gave a warm welcoming to customers and had a bright smile.
So good we couldn't help but eat before taking pictures. This is our second time here in two weeks and it is 100% worth it.
Absolutely divine affogato and pastries! A little touch of Europe in Malad.
I stop here whenever I go through Malad, I tried the mango coconut, passion fruit, and blackberry pastry. I also tried the pear bread and Gelato(7 people were sharing these treats). Everything is so amazing and so pretty.

The gelato was so good! We tried coconut, French vanilla, strawberry, and hazelnut. The flavors were refreshing. The hazelnut was my favorite because I'm a nutella fan and this was so delicious. And the pastries were picture perfect and tasted so good. My husband loved the passion fruit pastry and wants another. Now realizing the place is so close off the exit, I'm making a stop every time we go past!
I'm not buying it. The reviews say this place is great but I've never been so sticker shocked with prices. We had coffees and pastries and neither were good. I'm fact, I couldn't even finish my $8 mocha because it was lukewarm and so sweet. I hardly ever write reviews but I felt compelled to share our experience.
Tried the scones, cookies, and some muffins and they were all lovely! You can’t go wrong
They have delicious gluten free options!
Great coffee, gelato and pastry shop in Malad. Odd to find a European style dessert place in this corner of the world but glad its here.
Wish I lived closer..............
