Very nice and clean, bright atmosphere. Always have hot food ready in short order and never a minute without having a beverage in front of you . Very good food and drink and service always.

Not a high end motel but nice, clean and comfortable for this nce little town without many options. Seems to have been updated not too long ago. Bed was very comfortable and everything worked. Nice bar with food in the basement. Staff very friendly. Will stay again.

I love this bar!! It is one of the few places where you feel like you are home as soon as you walk in. It is just a great place to hang out and have some good comfort food and spirits and a good time.

Found this unique little vintage main street hotel in Malad Idaho because most of the hotels in Salt Lake were filled. Granted when one is tired and not wanting to sleep in one's truck in 30 degree weather, anything is good. The hotel is older but it has that small town feel. Also the lady that checked me in was polite and professional although it was at 11:00 at night and also working the basement tavern on St. Patrick's Day. The hotel looks like it has had some restoration performed and the bed was new. Now the two story hotel does not have an elevator but it does have one of those 1940's sit down phone booth with bi-folding door. There is not a resturant but the room had a fridge and a microwave. Anyone wanting something quaint and different, this is a hotel to put on the cross country bucket list.
Such a great hidden gem. Very easy to miss. Same building as the hotel, but the door is on the side road you turn on to. I missed it and had to loop back around lol. Very cool bar tho and we will be back. Good beer and liquor selections and not to mention, Angel is awesome!

The hubcap was a great experience! Christina the bartender was sweet, fun, and was quick to make sure if we needed a beer or not! The bar was clean and the food was great! 10/10 would reccomend the friendly environment.
